Holiday rentals with a balcony in Touraine

Listing matches photos. Check-in is self check-in and the instructions provided are clear. The apartment is very well decorated and bright. It is located on the 1st floor in a small building. There are 6 parking spaces reserved for residents and which is located right in front of the building in a kind of small courtyard. During our stay (August) we have always managed to find a place. Otherwise there is free public parking 200 meters from the building. You can walk to the city center of Amboise, the Château d 'Amboise, the Clos Lucé or the Domaine de Gaillard (between 10 and 15 min walk) which is very pleasant. There is a Carrefour Market within walking distance (15 min). Negatives: cleaning was not done in the details (presence of a lot of "sheep" under the beds) / attention, the hot water tank is set for 3 hot showers/ day. There is a handling to have more hot water but we couldn't.

Spacious, bright accommodation with an unobstructed view of a green environment. The residence dates back to the 70s but it is very well maintained, the residents are respectful and the neighborhood is quiet. The apartment is very bright on the 3rd floor but equipped with single glazing so may be difficult to heat in the middle of winter. It is at the corner of the building, which allows easy ventilation either to the south or to the west. The equipment is simple but sufficient for a short stay. The instructions and conditions of arrival and departure are clear and simple. We enjoyed this rental and plan to return.

Our trip was professional, we did not look for any particular entertainment around, just a large, clean accommodation, with a private space with bathroom for each couple of the 10 travelers that we were. The apartment perfectly matched our needs. We recommend this property and the host is particularly responsive and caring.
