Our single-story accommodation is located in a quiet area close to village amenities. Easy access by car: 20 minutes from Toulouse Blagnac airport, 20 minutes from the historic center of Toulouse, 40 minutes from Albi, 10 minutes from the Buzet-sur-Tarn golf course, the Plamola. It is equipped with reversible air conditioning. It has a separate entrance with free parking spaces and access to the garden with garden furniture (a table and two chairs as well as two deckchairs).

Independent studio near MEETT & Airport

Nothing was left to chance in this accommodation. It is totally independent from the rest of our house. The rural setting almost makes you forget the proximity of the airport (7 km), the exhibition center (2 km) or even the city center of Toulouse (about 10 - 15 km). Close to all amenities (bakery, pharmacy, tobacco, lidl etc...), 2 min walk to line L9 to the city center, ring road access and metro les Argoulets or Borderouge with free parking 5 min drive away. Access to the garden of the house with a small dining area is possible.

You will be independent for the duration of your stay, but we will be available by phone if needed!

A space to rest

My studio is in a family home, access is completely independent to preserve your privacy. double bed, single bed for separate sleeping, table, chair, shelf… We ask you to inform us of the number of people, separate bed or not, reason for your stay and if possible the time of arrival. Please note that we have installed two cameras on the terrace for the safety of our tenants.

Gorgeous Studio Flat

Superb new studio located in a quiet area of Toulouse, near the Matabiau train station (11 min walk) and the hypercenter. Air-conditioning, contemporary decoration, it has all the comfort for a tourist stay or a business trip. Moreover, it is a non-smoking area. The studio is located on the 1st floor. It is adjacent to our house but independent (separate entrance).

Le Bivouac – East Suite

We welcome you to a suite with separate entrance upstairs of our house. Overlooking our patio, you will be perfectly quiet. The suite is new (September 2021) and equipped with all the necessities (Kitchenette, Bathroom and separate toilet, bed linen) for a pleasant stay. And we offer you breakfast.
