Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Totonicapán Department

This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. I’ve traveled to a lot of Airbnb’s in many different countries and none compare to this. Finding this place is surely an adventure but once you are there, you don’t want to leave! I can’t say enough good things about the chefs that will cook you every meal. We had them do all the shopping for our meals along with other items we wanted such as water and beer. The housekeeper services that help coordinate private boat rides to other villages, keeping the place clean, or even small things such as turning on the hot tub while we are away are truly incredible perks of this place. The property and views are just amazing and I can’t wait to come back here for my next stay!

This Airbnb is what Airbnb was supposed to be 10 years ago. It’s not just another property from a manager that you never see. Jean was very warm welcoming and welcomed us herself on our arrival. She was very proactive by giving us some tips from what to do, where to go or eat. She answered really quickly and helped us organized some massage sessions. The property is as described. The heated pool, the private beach and dock. Be aware that there are a lot of steps in the property and that arriving there from San Marcos may be a little difficult because of the road. But in my opinion those aren’t a problem after you see how beautiful it is there. I hope I can return one day

This place was absolutely beautiful. The ladies that came and cooked for us were amazing. Food was amazing and so worth hiring them to cook for us. There really isnt anywhere to get food from around the area. Josue went and purchased the groceries for us and made sure that we had everything we needed. I cant wait to book this place again.

Awesome place! The host was super responsive and proactive. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. It's pretty straightforward to get everywhere if you use the boat guy (Pedro) suggested by the host. Having the soccer field was so fun, even in the rain! A small note - it's an eco-home, so there are some small differences like having to use bidets and the hot tub hours. The host is very up front about these things, just make sure that's okay with you when booking. We had a great time, would definitely come back :)

Great place to stay for a decent price! Taxis come by every now and then so you might have to wait awhile. House was just as beautiful as the pictures.

Awesome house. We really liked that every room had a bathroom. Pool was clean and good sized. Also great it had bathrooms and showers by the pool. About 10 minutes from IRTRA parks, it is also driving distance from Xela.

Magical, beautiful and clean property! Waking up to picture-perfect scenery was an absolute dream. I especially loved the sauna and diving deck - unique touches. Hot showers and super comfy bed guaranteed. Norberto, the groundskeeper, was incredibly attentive and made me feel right at home. He made sure I had everything I needed and went out of his way to help with anything ( meals, laundry, luggage transportation). Miguel, the host, was very responsive and could answer anything I threw his way. I can’t wait to come back—thank you for a truly wonderful stay!

Only one word can describe this place..... AMAZING! There's nothing else to say! You have to live it!

Especially good people, very considerate.The apartment is well secured and there are security guards with guns.There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient.

Large downstairs apartment, had everything you could ask for. Close enough to walk to the center, and La Tora. Well worth the price, would recommend and return for short or longer stays.

The stay in the apartment was quite well, exceeded expectations, the guests friends of mine were pleased with the place. Thank you for everything.

The apartment is very nice and cozy. The area is very nice and quiet, many restaurants nearby.

The place is a bit far from the city, which makes it a very quiet and safe place, without noise, a perfect place to rest..!! I went for work and I was there for 19 days and I had a great time, the house has everything you need for everyday life!! Congratulations Jennifer, excellent place 👍👍

Marco and his helper, Margareta or Magdelana (?), were very prompt, helpful and easy to reach. All we needed was to check-in and then check-out at the end but all went well. The apartment was clean and tidy and convenient to Santander Street and with an inexpensive tuk-tuk ride anywhere in town.

A fantastic place to stay in Xela, a fully equipped apartment, nice and spacious and in a secure private courtyard. The owners are very kind and helpful and the place has a great vibe. The wifi is very strong and reliable and perfect for working online. Thanks for a great stay!

Alejandro's place was great! We loved the 360 view and the outdoor shower. It was great seeing the sunrise from the balcony every morning! Host is very responsive and helpful as well. Something to note - the neighborhood has a lot of roosters crowing all night, and because the metal roof is not completely closed, it might be hard for some people to get a good night's sleep. By no means is this the place's fault though, but just to be aware if you're a light sleeper! Everything else was awesome, very clean and good amenities! Drinking water in the kitchen, warm showers, good working faucet, a desk to work at, a bench on the balcony! Power outlets were also abundant and there's a good working ceiling fan:) Thanks, Alejandro!

It's an exciting place. I had the opportunity to see the rain on the volcanoes and the lake. It's an experience that's as good as any attraction in the world. I recommend it 100%

location is perfect. We are into night life entertainment. We enjoyed visiting Pana Rock and Circus Bar pretty much every night for their great Live music performed by local artists. Walking distance to Lake where you can catch a boat ride to any surrounding town on the lake. Many restaurant options from early in the day to late at night, something the smaller surrounding towns don't have. Sarah and Reyna were very helpful and provided extra towels during our stay. We forgot our car keys after we checked out, and they were available for us to retrieve our keys as soon as we could make it back.

Sarah’s place was in an amazing location in Pana! A short walk away to literally everything, the best grocery store, shops, cafes, restaurants, and the docks. Her place feels extremely safe with a locking main entrance door to the complex after the cafe below closes at night. We felt so lucky to have this modern, clean, and comfy studio space in a modern and well-maintained complex to return to after so many adventures out exploring this incredible area. We worked remotely from here and the WiFi was very reliable other than when the entire town lost power for 4 hours during a storm. It was fun to watch the world go by from the window seats…we caught a few parades from there! We were so grateful to have air conditioning here as we visited when it was quite warm. There were a few nights where you felt like the live band nearby was literally inside the complex, but we were warned in advance and it was only on weekends. All in all, great place to stay in Pana!

This apartment was nice, modern, and in a great location. The host was responsive and had lots of recommendations. we really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was excellent, very nice, spacious, tidy and clean. The view on the terrace was the best, seeing the sunset and sunrise was very beautiful... my family was delighted, I'll be back in the future.
