Les super recomiendo esta casa! Es una joya es lujosa y muy espaciosa! Son duda sera mi primera opción al volver de viaje a Xela!! La Host muy al pendiente y muy amable! Toda la experiencia 10/10

La casa es increíblemente bonita, el toque colonial hace que uno se sienta demasiado cómodo, demasiado céntrico, pude ir caminando hacia el parque central, en ningún momento me sentí expuesto ni nada por lo contrario. Lo recomiendo mucho, vale la pena.

La casa está muy bonita, las camas están cómodas, tiene un lindo ambiente que te hace sentir en casa. Excelente servicio!

the property was beautiful unfortunately we used it for a funeral stay and was not able to use the amenities but the blessing was the entire family was able to stay at the property and they loved it. It was safe and she had comfortable we had a good night's rest after being up 16 hours definitely recommend it she was a great host.

This is one of my favorite places at Xela , it feel like I’m home when I get there . I highly recommend.

Muy cómodo, limpio y organizado el apartamento. Fácil de ubicar y excelente punto céntrico. Lo único que sugiero es cambiarle a cortinas oscuras a las habitaciones porfavor, se entra mucho la luz.

I was kind of skeptical at first since one of the other guests pointed me upstairs to my apartment (which was not upstairs and I carried 70lb of luggage up and down the stairs before finding the apartment). But, it was nice. I even extended my stay longer than originally planned because it was such good value. The encargada, Irma, is talented. Laundry (Q70 extra fee) is always done correctly and on time, the rooms are always clean and so on. There's a lovely park and other amenities near by (my favorite being the xelac cheese shop by the stadium), and it's within walking distance of la democracia market. It's a very safe area by Guatemalan standards, the people are friendly (unlike in Coban), and the local infrastructure is good. The front door is kind of hard to find at first since there is no sign and it's just an iron door, but not a problem once you know where it is. There's a nice atrium. It's always easy to contact someone. I enjoyed my stay.

Alojamiento en una zona muy tranquila, vecindario seguro, con garage, a 15 minutos de todo lo céntrico de xela. Cecilia muy amable en todo momento. Recomendado.

A fantastic place to stay in Xela, a fully equipped apartment, nice and spacious and in a secure private courtyard. The owners are very kind and helpful and the place has a great vibe. The wifi is very strong and reliable and perfect for working online. Thanks for a great stay!
