The nearest spot is a 20-minute drive from Matsuyama Airport 10-minute drive from Iyo Interchange 10-minute walk from JR Iyohokuda Station We will pick you up and drop you off at the nearest station (Iyo Yokota Station) at a possible time and number of people. Dogo Onsen, Matsuyama Castle, the sea, mountains, zoo, and park are all within a 30-minute drive. The fully electric, barrier-free, and wheelchair-accessible interior is safe for small children. There is a pond and field on the 1000 square meter property, and you can catch medaka (during the summer, they hibernate in the winter). In the spring and fall, you can pick loquats and persimmons in the field. You can pick and eat them freely. Enjoy the feeling of a rural villa. A house in the middle of a forest. Enjoy mountain life in one of the few magnificent old houses built by Miyadaiku. At the house at the end of a fairytale forest road, you can BBQ, make a fire, boil a Goemon bath, and enjoy natural play that can only be experienced in the mountains. There are no street lights, and at night you can see the starry sky. Spending time feeling the mountain with all your senses, which can be seen in different ways depending on the season, reminds you of the rich, peaceful time that has been forgotten in modern times. Centered on a magnificent large pillar, it is an old house with earthen walls and built-in storage, but the first floor is covered with pure cedar boards, giving it a new feel. The water area features a newly built island kitchen and a large wash basin. The bath is a Goemon bath that uses both wood and gas, so you can cook with wood or use hot water. Outside the house, there is a friendly sign cat named Aosuke, who will come up to you if you are outside. It is located about 15 minutes by car from the Ishikari Mountain ropeway, making it easy to get to the mountains.

As of 2024, mobile phones have become much easier to connect to. （no wi-fi） The air conditioner was installed in 2022, but it is only on the first floor.Enjoy the natural air. There is a fan. Firewood isn't available from May as it will be warmer.

The owner lives outside the prefecture and uses it as a vacation home. We cherish the extraordinary space by decorating with paintings and furnishings that give you a taste of Japanese culture. I will welcome you as a valued guest who can come to my private home, so face-to-face check-in and common sense conversation and interaction are required. Wifi is available. A parking lot is also provided. Transportation is not convenient in the mountainous area, so please go out by car if possible.
