Rosamarias apartment was great. Its in a small village in a nice street. Her apartment has everything you need and the bed was very comfy. Communication with Rosamaria was outstanding. She answered very fast. I had a great time and would totally recommend it.

It was all wonderful. We had Manuela as a host, who was very nice and helpful. And always available for questions! The location is great! No tourist corner but many private houses around it. The view of the mountains: simply beautiful. We are flying home today, happy and without a care in the world.

Fabio and his wife have always been responsive from the beginning, they immediately responded positively to our request for early check-in. During our stay, they were always discreet and helpful, also pointing out some nice activities in the area. The house has all the services indicated, what we appreciated most is the outdoor area, where we always had breakfast and dinner admiring the beautiful view. Particularly appreciated the outdoor shower and the possibility of using the washing machine. Highly recommended!

Our family of 5 had an incredible experience staying at Mario's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The property was exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made the stay very comfortable. The location was nice—and in a peaceful area. The space was clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with everything that was listed on the site. The kids specially appreciated the pool table to fill in down time when not out and about. Throughout my stay, Mario was very responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed and offered a book with helpful local tips. It was clear he put a lot of thought into making the experience seamless.

Giorgio and Maria are very friendly and friendly. We had a wonderful 10 days with them. They gave us fruits and vegetables and we started playing ping pong. We will definitely be back. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING GIORGIO and MARIA!

We had a very nice stay in Baunei and having a private garage was very convenient in the small town! It was very easy to communicate with Lidia and she was very helpful if required. Finding the apartment and checking in was made so easy thanks to her! :) Since the apartment is located so close to the city center you can just leave the house by foot if you are looking to get some food or explore the old streets. Definitely a recommendation staying here! :)

We had a very nice stay at the villa. The view is really wonderful and gives a lot of rest and relaxation. If it doesn't necessarily have to be a sandy beach, you can also walk well in front of the cliffs and take a swim and sunbathe there. The location of the house also offers a good starting point for excursions. We enjoyed our time very much.

Ivo's accommodation perfectly matches the description and the sea view from the terrace is soothing. If you have the courage to get up early you will enjoy a magnificent sunrise. Ivo is very welcoming and will give you plenty of info on the restaurants, he told me about a beautiful hiking trail, and a beautiful quiet beach is 5 min from the house by car.

Sabrina's place is very nice, clean and modernly furnished. You are right in the middle of nature, next door a few cute donkeys. Sabrina is very nice and also sent us recommendations for the area. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and everything else was great. Super equipped kitchen, cozy bed and a nice terrace. We even had fresh fruit, some snacks and drinks to welcome us.

Very great stay with a very nice host! No hidden costs and good services! The house is clean and close to the main street of Tertenia. It is important to note that you share the front porch/parking space with another rented appartment and that the street leading to it is narrow and difficult for a car to drive in.

The accommodation is extremely gorgeous with beautiful views! It’s very private and remote from bigger cities, so to discover the island and its beaches a car is needed. The rooms, such as bathroom and kitchen were clean and well organised. With the windows open at night and the ventilation on, the rooms were chill. The host of the vintage bungalow is very polite and kind, he also respond fast to questions! I would totally recommend this hostel, to people who loves and enjoys a calm and peaceful atmosphere! The beach can be reached very well and the accommodation includes sun umbrellas! In the morning or evening a cat family often visits the veranda. The cats are very friendly to people. The property is green and also includes much space to park a car. There is also an opportunity to grill food. A 10/10 Stay in the beautiful region of sardegna.

We felt super comfortable in Antonio's accommodation! The apartment is well equipped, the courtyard and the roof terrace are totally beautiful. We were hosted very well with all the explanations useful to the stay. The accommodation is really good in a beautiful place, very clean and well-equipped. Very pleasant stay to refuel if we return to Sardinia. Thanks again to Michela for hosting us and for all her information.

Overall, we were very satisfied. Manuela was very nice and always available. The house was good for us 4 (2 adults and 2 children) from the place. Kitchen has the essentials you need. Even got milk, coffee powder, and a bottle of water. The air conditioning in the living/dining room is loose enough for the whole house. Cools very well!The property is a dream and is very quiet. It grows grapes, figs, pears, from which we were allowed to eat and from time to time we got fresh eggs from the chickens. Great also that there is a washing machine. However, the way to the house is not for lowered cars. The highlight is the open terrace. Just the many flies are a bit annoying. In the evening with candles, everything is great! The beaches near Foxi Murdegu and Foxi Manna are very nice and not overcrowded like many others.

Small house on the ground floor in the peaceful countryside, the house is very nice with a beautiful small garden, very clean, very complete kitchen equipment, very rustic and charming real wood furniture, supermarket and pharmacy in the neighborhood. We were able to visit the Baunei coast by boat excursion from the port of Santa Maria Navarrese, a 30-minute drive from the accommodation.

The apartment is really great: Very practical even in the details and very clean. Rosalba is a very friendly host, available to provide help. This apartment deserves its 5 stars amply.

Beautiful and highly recommended place to stay. The place is well located and it is easy to get around on foot for any need. The listing has everything you need for your stay. Marco gave us all the information we needed for self check-in and he also added several recommendations for activities and restaurants (delicious) nearby. The place was clean, equipped and there was air conditioning! Very useful for a holiday in August:) I would highly recommend this listing if you would like to explore the Baunei coast and others.

great hosts and lovely home

We spent 15 days in Sardinia including 8 days at Guerino's. The accommodation is well located near the beach and not too far from many beautiful walks. Very nice home. Good restaurants nearby. We particularly loved the BBQ and the outdoor terrace which made our evenings convivial and very friendly moments. From experience, I know that we really judge the quality of "service" when there is a problem. We asked if Guerino had any extra electrical adapters, the next morning three new adapters were brought to us. We had a problem with the BBQ and we ran out of gas, new ones, it was fixed very quickly. In short, Guerino deserves a lot of 5 stars.

We spent four nights in the accommodation and were completely satisfied. The apartment was very clean, cozy and well equipped. We felt comfortable right away. The location is great: central, but quiet, with everything you need nearby. The check-in was straightforward and the contact very friendly. We can absolutely recommend the accommodation and will be happy to come back. Thank you!

The apartment is very well equipped and has a large east-facing balcony. It has its own parking space on the property. Marcello and his family are very nice and make sure that you feel comfortable as a guest.
