We had a really lovely time staying here. Santa Cruz is a lovely seaside town with plenty of beaches, bars and restaurants. The host was really great and communicated with us really well. They gave us lots of recommendations for things to do which was really helpful. Highly recommend.

This apartment was modern, very clean and had all amenities. WiFi - Dishwasher washing machine (w/liquid & tablets) iron etc. bathroom was very clean and shower was fantastic. Host left tea coffee & some little cakes as a welcome treat. Host was friendly and left clear instructions and was always available if need be. Would definitely book again. Only be aware it's 2nd floor with no lift.

The apartment is just beautiful is really in a quiet and peaceful place Joachim is always accessible by phone and the staff on site is very welcoming always ready to help and inform us the kitchen of the apartment is multi equipped for large families the bathroom is great the apartment is very nice beyond the apartment all the neighborhood is very nice very nice very smiling everyone was very friendly. A beach 20 min walk down is accessible praia de Valmitão but If you want to move around Lisbon and others it is still recommended to be transported. Thank you again Joachim, we had a wonderful stay. Margarida's place truly feels like a home away from home. It's perfect for couples or families traveling together, equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable long or short stay. This accommodation is just a three-minute walk to the beach and a short stroll to the local market, shops, and restaurants makes it super convenient. Plus, the bus stop to Lisbon and Torres Vedras, as well as taxi stands, are only minutes away. The bedrooms are well-furnished with plenty of storage, and the bathrooms are clean and tidy. Margarida is a lovely host, and her hospitality truly enhances the experience. We can’t wait to return to her place in the future!

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the appartment. It was bigger, brighter and more open than we expected. Our kids (and us) loved the massive swimming pool - we all swam daily even when it was cold. A really great appartment - we felt right at home and we had everything we needed. Mariana also communicated clearly and quickly whenever we had questions.

Family with 4 little kids, we had a great few days at the apartment. Easy and quick walk to the beach!

The Highlight was the nearby fish restaurant (Clube Naval Praia da Assenta) There is a really stunning and beautiful view of the ocean and the apartment is situated in a house slightly outside of Assenta.

Thomas is a very responsive, welcoming, very kind and very professional host. We were very warmly welcomed with a very kind attention left for us. The accommodation perfectly matches the description, very clean and quiet with all the necessary amenities. We had a wonderful stay.

in terms of communication, the amenities and the location... simply fantastic for me as a surfer. has everything you need, very good surf spots right outside the front door after relaxing in the hot tub on the roof terrace. surrounded by fine restaurants, just amazing :) is definitely worth it!

Everything meet our expectations. Peacefull area and great wiev from the appartement. Its necessary to have a car since its a bit to town and stores.

Lovely, bright and fully equipped apartment in a good location between Penice and Baleal, right on the beach. Host Sara was very friendly and helpful. Would love to come back here again!

Great place to stay with a pool and jacuzzi. Very peaceful with a good view. Staff is really helpful and friendly, and I had not noticed breakfast was included, that was a really pleasant surprise.

Overall beautiful home, well equipped and very clean. Margarida was nice and always answered our calls when we needed her help. The smaller double bed and the couch were nor very comfortable. The power went out every time the drier and toaster were on at the same time. Otherwise we enjoyed the house very much.

My family had a fantastic few days at Lino’s. The apartment is very well laid out, roomy and comfortable. All of the bedrooms have magnificent sunset views of the ocean with comfortable linens. The kitchen as well laid out, and included everything we needed. The pool table was a hit when we weren’t out and about. Lino himself was a wonderful host, very attentive and always available. He made dinner reservations for us at one of his favorite local restaurants, and arranged for the chef to meet with us ready with a pitcher of Sangria. Excellent property and fantastic host. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Ericeira.
