We had a really lovely time staying here. Santa Cruz is a lovely seaside town with plenty of beaches, bars and restaurants. The host was really great and communicated with us really well. They gave us lots of recommendations for things to do which was really helpful. Highly recommend.

This apartment was modern, very clean and had all amenities. WiFi - Dishwasher washing machine (w/liquid & tablets) iron etc. bathroom was very clean and shower was fantastic. Host left tea coffee & some little cakes as a welcome treat. Host was friendly and left clear instructions and was always available if need be. Would definitely book again. Only be aware it's 2nd floor with no lift.

L'appartement est juste magnifique est vraiment dans un endroit calme et paisible Joachim est toujours accessible par téléphone et le personnel sur place est très accueillant toujours prêt à aider et à nous renseigner la cuisine de l'appartement est multi équipé pour les grandes familles la salle de bain est super l'appartement est très agréable au delà de l'appartement tout le voisinage est très gentille très agréable très souriant tout le monde a été très sympathique. Une plage à 20 min à pied en descendant est accessible praia de Valmitão mais Si vous voulez vous déplacer sur Lisbonne et autres il est tout de même recommandé d'être véhiculé. Nous remercions encore Joachim nous avons passé un séjour formidable. Le retour en France est très dur . Nous reviendrons très certainement. Muito obrigado

Margarida's place truly feels like a home away from home. It's perfect for couples or families traveling together, equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable long or short stay. This accommodation is just a three-minute walk to the beach and a short stroll to the local market, shops, and restaurants makes it super convenient. Plus, the bus stop to Lisbon and Torres Vedras, as well as taxi stands, are only minutes away. The bedrooms are well-furnished with plenty of storage, and the bathrooms are clean and tidy. Margarida is a lovely host, and her hospitality truly enhances the experience. We can’t wait to return to her place in the future!

Apartamento muito simpático e bem mobilado no centro de Sta Cruz. Pode-se fazer tudo a pé. A piscina é muito boa. Tudo correu muito bem e as fotos correspondem ao que encontrámos. Apenas de notar que não se trata de dois quartos com verdadeira parede entre eles, mas de uma separação feita por uma parede/porta de correr, que se pode abrir o que significa que o isolamento entre os dois quartos é reduzido. Se isso não for um problema para quem alugar (não era para nós) podem alugar sem hesitação.

Apartamento en la playa, muy limpio, las camas muy confortables y la comunicación con el dueño excelente. Muy recomendable.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the appartment. It was bigger, brighter and more open than we expected. Our kids (and us) loved the massive swimming pool - we all swam daily even when it was cold. A really great appartment - we felt right at home and we had everything we needed. Mariana also communicated clearly and quickly whenever we had questions.

The house was incredibly spacious, clean, and thoughtfully organized, with a calm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The view of the sea from the property was absolutely stunning, and the large, airy rooms added so much comfort to my time there. I had everything I needed, and it was clear that the hosts really care about creating a great experience for their guests. This place gave me exactly the kind of peace and relaxation I was hoping for. I’d love to come back someday, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Portugal

Todo perfecto, el apartamento es grande, las camas un poco duras pero ya es un tema particular, lo único las sartenes estaban muy mal pero lo iban a cambiar.

The Highlight was the nearby fish restaurant (Clube Naval Praia da Assenta) There is a really stunning and beautiful view of the ocean and the apartment is situated in a house slightly outside of Assenta.

Segunda vez que ficamos aqui, e por um bom tempo. Tudo ótimo. Destaque para a vista incrível e pelos anfitriões que estão sempre disponíveis.

von der Kommunikation her, die Ausstattung und die Lage… einfach traumhaft für mich als surfer. hat alles was man braucht, sehr gute Surfspots direkt vor der Haustür danach entspannen im Whirlpool auf der Dachterasse. umgeben von feinen Restaurants, einfach der Hammer :) lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!

Everything meet our expectations. Peacefull area and great wiev from the appartement. Its necessary to have a car since its a bit to town and stores.

Wir waren 10 Tage zu 5. in der tollen Wohnung und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es ist alles da was man zum kochen usw. braucht. Toll war, dass es noch Bodyboards für die Kinder gab. Die Nähe zum Strand um zu surfen ist super.

Foi uma ótima estadia, espaço extremamente limpo, perto de supermercado e relativamente perto da praia de carro. Jaccuzi ótimo para relaxar.

Great place to stay with a pool and jacuzzi. Very peaceful with a good view. Staff is really helpful and friendly, and I had not noticed breakfast was included, that was a really pleasant surprise.

Overall beautiful home, well equipped and very clean. Margarida was nice and always answered our calls when we needed her help. The smaller double bed and the couch were nor very comfortable. The power went out every time the drier and toaster were on at the same time. Otherwise we enjoyed the house very much.

My family had a fantastic few days at Lino’s. The apartment is very well laid out, roomy and comfortable. All of the bedrooms have magnificent sunset views of the ocean with comfortable linens. The kitchen as well laid out, and included everything we needed. The pool table was a hit when we weren’t out and about. Lino himself was a wonderful host, very attentive and always available. He made dinner reservations for us at one of his favorite local restaurants, and arranged for the chef to meet with us ready with a pitcher of Sangria. Excellent property and fantastic host. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Ericeira.
