Holiday rentals with a pool in Torre Pedrera

We've had such a pleasant time. The Villa is beautiful and Nik is a great host.

We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Davide’s place — the house was nothing short of perfect. The property is gorgeous, with breathtaking views, an amazing pool, and the most peaceful setting. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook some great meals, and the entire space was spotlessly clean and beautifully styled. Davide is truly the best host in all of Italy — kind, helpful, and incredibly welcoming from start to finish. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made the stay even more memorable. The apartment is spectacular, it is 3 super nice and very equipped floors. The views and the exterior is beautiful. To get there you have to make a path of curves. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay!!

Very pleasant vacation in Gabicce Monte in a very quiet and restful area. The accommodation is essential, not new, overall tidy and well maintained, for our needs it was comfortable and practical. The pool borders a pleasant alternative to the sea. Titti is a responsive host, capable and fully able to respect the privacy of its customers. I recommend this place to those who love to move between beautiful Romagna and the enchanting hinterland of the Marche.

Very nice and spacious house, with all the comforts. Everything was also neatly clean. The pool and AC are a breath of fresh air in the heat. Pool was also kept neatly. Nice decor by the pool with seats and sunbeds available. You indeed hear the nearby road, but we did not find that disturbing. Communication with the host was great. They gave fun and good tips for outings and amenities and even helped with an inflamed mosquito bite. There is much to do in the area, but not super touristy. And the dogs Susie and Mila are really sweet. The goats, chickens, and goose fit all the way into the rural area. Thanks so much for hosting us!

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Peaceful but close to everything’

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return!
