Abbiamo soggiornato nell’alloggio di Maria per 10 giorni ed è stata un’esperienza davvero eccellente. L’appartamento è estremamente confortevole, curato in ogni dettaglio e dotato di tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. La pulizia impeccabile e l’atmosfera accogliente hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Maria è un’ospite attenta e disponibile, sempre pronta ad aiutare con cortesia e discrezione. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un alloggio tranquillo, funzionale e ben organizzato. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Die Wohnung von Edvard war superschön und hat alle 5 Sterne verdient, die Aussicht war grandios, die Einrichtung, neue toll gestalteten Bäder, inklusive Küche, Geschirr und Kaffeeautomat waren perfekt und ließen keine Wünsche offen. Der Zugang zum Meer ist über eine private Treppe zu erreichen und man kann herrlich im klaren Wasser schwimmen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und der Sonnenuntergang ist einfach phantastisch. Herzlichen Dank Edvard ...für diese wunderschöne Unterkunft.

This is one of the best Airbnb accommodations we have ever stayed at. It is very peaceful, clean and spacious, just as the listing described. You are surrounded by beautiful flowers throughout the garden, the pool is great and they came to check the water quality during our stay to ensure everything is in order. You have all the amenities you would need, the only thing missing is the WiFi but we used our mobile internet and at a place like this you want to relax and switch off your brain and also the outside world, so you wouldn't need the internet anyways. It's a very calm, and relaxing place where you can just recharge your batteries and feel at home right away. They welcomed us at check in and check out and made sure they explained everything in detail. We had to change our checkout time and they were very accommodating and they are also very responsive via text messages in case you have any questions regarding the place or the area. We highly recommend staying here! :)

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Casa Rodriguez. The apartment is beautiful and really historic. Air conditioning in every bedroom works wonders against the heat from outside. The town of Iglesias is also scenic but with a lot of activity, friendly people and great bars and restaurants. Gianna from Welcomly was very helpful with stops for what to do and where to go.

Our welcome was very warm and made us feel at home straight away. The house was amazing and the beautiful courtyard was a joy. Thank you Giuseppe for your great welcome and I can’t recommend this highly enough.

Wir waren 5 Tage in Simones Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Es war genau das was wir uns gewünscht haben. Unterdessen gibt es neue Böden und eine zusätzliche Holzterrasse die auf den Fotos noch nicht zu sehen sind. Lasst euch überraschen. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech und es war z.T. recht kalt. Zum Glück konnte man mit den Klimageräten heizen ;) auch haben wir den Kamin genutz und es im Wohnzimmer Kuschlig warm zu haben. Trotz des Regens kann man dank der überdachten Terrasse draussen sitzen und die Ruhe geniessen. Ich fand es echt toll:) Simone war ein sehr netter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Er ist immer erreichbar und gab und viele Tipps. Leider hatte aber nicht jedes Restaurant offen. Trotzdem kann man in Pula gut Essen. Ich habe ihn gefagt wo man Flamignos gut sehen kann und wir hatten Glück mit seinem Tipp es war wunderbar. Su Gideu Beach, das müsst ihr sehen. wenn ihr Glück habt sind Flamignos dort. Enrico ist ein großartiger Gastgeber! Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an freundlich, klar und zuverlässig. Das Haus war genauso schön wie in der Beschreibung – sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Auch der Check-in und Check-out verliefen völlig unkompliziert. Man merkt, dass Enrico mit Herz bei der Sache ist und seinen Gästen eine angenehme Zeit ermöglichen möchte. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt bei ihm uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

It was a pleasure to stay for 10 days in Davides apartment. Davide and his Dad were so friendly and helpful if needed and also authentic. The apartment is also very nice and spacious. The beach is very close. Another plus point are the extremely friendly neighbors 😃. We have only had good experiences in Sardinia so far, but this time it was a highlight 👍

Andrea is echt een geweldige host en persoonlijkheid. Er is hem alles aan gelegen er voor te zorgen dat zijn gasten een geweldige tijd hebben. Hele goede tips wat te zien, te beleven en te eten. Rond het huis was het in september heerlijk rustig en van de campings verderop hoorde je helemaal niets. De omgeving is prachtig, helemaal als je je laat leiden door de waardevolle tips van de gastheer.

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Ideal für Ferien mit Kindern. Nicht ganz so central aber mit dem Auto in die nächste Stadt ist es nicht so weit für grösseren Einkauf. Ansonsten gibt es im kleinen Dorfladen alles nötige zu kaufen. Herrlich ruhig für Erholung und auch Aktivferien gut.

My second time at Martas place and had a very nice stay this time as well. Last time I spent 5 weeks working from the apartment in low season and now 10 days sept/oct. Perfect place to stay, near everything. Fantastic terrace and view and quick respons from Marta to all our questions. Also love the apartment and neighborhood. We were 3 adults and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend this place.

Gute Lage der Unterkunft sehr zentral am oberen Teil der Stadt. Fußläufig kann man alles erreichen. Unterkunft ist in einer kleinen Gasse, daher gibt es nur im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer Fenster, erwartet also keine schöne Aussicht. Für einen kurzen Trip um die Stadt zu erkunden ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen. Längere Aufenthalte würde ich auf Grund der Lage und Fehlenden Fenster im Bad nicht empfehlen.

Hvis du leder efter ro, mange badeture hver dag, afslapning, grill i gården og den smukkeste udsigt, så skal du vælge denne bolig. Det er ikke sted med meget høj luksus, eller barer og ungdomsliv, men et hyggeligt og afslappende feriemål, som vi helt sikkert kommer tilbage til. 🤩🥰 Man skal helst have en bil, for der er langt ind til byen Cabras.

We had such a great time in this beautiful house with our family of 6 (our family of 4 + my parents)! The house is big enough to comfortably accommodate 6 people. The views are amazing and the house is super comfortable and cozy. Everything you need is there (and more!). And at short walking distance from a beautiful beach! We felt very lucky to stay here and Lorenza was the best host. She responds right away, is flexible and always super friendly. The big veranda is wonderful to have dinner on, there are enough relaxed chairs and cushions and the view…. We visited end of April/early May and the weather was so nice. We did some hikes and the kids swam in the sea every day. Besides that, we enjoyed the Sardinian cuisine a lot :). All just a short drive away. I especially liked this area because it is quiet and private and very green. I totally recommend this place for a family, hope we can come back sometime! Thank you Lorenza!

Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Unterkunft von Antonio sehr genossen. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind absolut einmalig. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Weg zur Unterkunft war mit unseren Reiseenduros kein Problem, für normale Autos ist der Weg eher nicht geeignet. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Insgesamt ein absolutes Paradies, das ich nur empfehlen kann.

Fantastic place to spend time , went above and beyond expectations. If you have children you could not ask for more , the place is packed with toys and games my youngest child had the best week of his life and my eldest had fun aswell there is really something for everyone .

We stayed for five nights in this beautiful house, and I left my heart here. It was even more stunning and cleaner than the pictures! The host is even more wonderful than the house itself. I hope to return soon and will definitely recommend it to all my friends. The house was clean, quiet, and gorgeous, with comfortable beds and fantastic bathrooms. Everything we needed—and more—was provided. The barbecue near the kitchen was high-quality and ready to use. Parking was convenient, and everything was perfect for an unforgettable relaxing getaway. Love at first sight. The location is very quiet, suitable for people like us who want to rest. The villa is only about 50m from the large, long (almost private) beach. Other well known beaches like Costa Rei or Villasimius are about 20 minutes away. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, even the kitchen. Very modern toilets and shower facilities. Garden with meadow, fireplace, whirlpool. Terrace on top is a gem with the seaview. Unfortunately there is only one parking space available in the villa. But additional cars can be parked in a parking lot outside the private area. The costs for electricity and water are included in the price. The host, Margerita was very kind and helpful. She even showed us the nearby beach, kept informing us about different restaurants, beaches, grocery stores and activities in the region. And at our request, she picked up the separated waste. ⁠All in all, it was a perfect stay for my family and me. We definitely would love to come again.

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

Eine wunderschöne Villa, super sympathische Gastgeberin, absolute Wohlfühlatmosphäre, top Ausstattung der Küche, super schön designt, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, Lage innerhalb einer sehr gepflegten Ferienhaus Siedlung, 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand, traumhafter Strand, eigener Parkplatz vorm Haus (2 Autos), gute Lage zwischen Cagliari und Villasimius,

What I’ll remember most about Luca’s house is how beautiful it was! The decor, furnishings and garden/yard were modern and well-kept. The house was extremely well equipped for cooking and also with beach gear. We loved the large outdoor dining table, and the outdoor showers too! We had 2 small children and the extremely private yard was large and lush with soft grass and many flowers! Perfect for playing! Now let’s talk about the beach. Very slow and private. The water is PRISTINE and clear blue! The kids collected sea glass every day. Luca provides beach towels, beach umbrellas and 3 different types of beach chairs/loungers (and multiples of each!) Luca was fast replying to messages and helping with check in/out. He even met us there late at night after our flight and showed us around. 100% recommend!!!
