Pete's,Starbucks and Coffee Bean are just a few of the coffee houses, there is everything from sushi to Italian to dine on and all just down the street from the house. Enjoy dinner and a walk on the beach. This is the best kept secret in the south bay!! Flat Screen TV with HBO, SHOWTIME and tons of Cable channels. Lovely Highly rated Private guest house in the rear of our house with private access and private parking with AIr Conditioning just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach The area is very walk-able 3 mins to the beach and a few blocks to a beautiful dining and shopping area. We Provide Bikes, beach towels, boogie Boards, umbrella's etc. The guest house is a separate structure and fenced privately, with private access and parking. You wil love it ;-)

I rented the Dolphin Room (One bedroom / One bathroom) in October 2024 for six days. Diana’s place is located in a great, quiet neighborhood, at a walking distance to the Riviera Village and its many restaurants and to Torrance Beach. Her house is exactly as described. It oozes charm and is very clean. Check-in is very easy with clear and exhaustive instructions provided. Communication is flawless and responsive. Diana is very attentive to her guests’ needs. She greeted me with banana bread in the bedroom and cooked breakfast every morning. I was so impressed during my stay that it will not only be the first place I will look at for my future trips to Los Angeles, I will also adjust my dates to match its availability if needs be.

Lin’s place was perfect for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The room was clean, private, and exactly as described, with a secure lock and private bathroom. I really appreciated the quiet neighborhood and easy parking, which made everything even more relaxing. The self check-in process was smooth and convenient, and Lin was a thoughtful and responsive host. The home felt safe, quiet, and well cared for—especially the second floor, where guests are kindly asked to remove shoes to keep the white carpet pristine. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, well-kept space!
