Born-place and passage of the renowned Ruta del Quijote, Villamanrique and Campo de Montiel are lands where Spanish culture and literature has grown. Lands that have seen the birth of the immortal knight walking four centuries ago and that, today, has magnificent landscapes, with an artistic and natural heritage of the first order. The distinguished Church of San Andrés Apóstol observes with splendour the natural surroundings of the municipality. La Regidora is an old farmhouse or country house, located on the Quijote route, between Alcázar de San Juan and Argamasilla de Alba. The house is an old, renovated house from the beginning of the 20th century, with one floor that maintains the flavor of the original construction. It has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and large common areas. It is located in a 6,000 square meter enclosure. Outside it has a large Manchego patio with a barbecue and a beautiful wooded garden with a swimming pool. An ideal place to rest.
