Waterfront holiday rentals in Tornado Alley

this was my first time booking an Airbnb and it exceeded my expectations. our host jay was incredible and the most helpful in every aspect you could think of when it came down to his hospitality. he definitely knew how to make you feel right at home and his response time to all the questions i had for the week was incredibly fast. my overall experience was top tier, and jay was a 5-star host. i will definitely be coming back to his services the next time i stay in the DFW area.

Sheryl was great to work with. place was spot less and comfortable.

Jacob was very flexible with our short-notice trip and our schedule. He also had snacks for us, and a local guide, and games in the living room. What a guy.

This place was perfect, I actually extended my stay.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! The view is amazing and the studio unit had everything you could want. The bathroom was huge and had a jetted soaker tub. While we visited during a thunderstorm, I will definitely be back to use the kayaks!! Super friendly hosts would definitely recommend.

Beautiful little apartment with an amazing view! And such a great location, only a couple minutes drive to the convention center and restaurants. And The hosts were so helpful and quick to respond to questions, I would definitely recommend saying here.

My Family & I stayed at Jennifer’s home over the Labor Day weekend & the home was beautiful. My kids had so much fun running around outside & playing on the swing set. We have taken many trips & stayed and a lot of AirBNBs & my son (7yrs old) said & I quote “this was the best house ever”. We will definitely be back.

I had such an amazing stay, the place is so stunning with beautiful views in no matter where you stand. The first thing I said was wow as soon as I walked in, super clean and everything felt so fresh. I also appreciate the list of different things to do and places to eat since it was my first time in Texas. Sophia was very responsive, and she also took the time to reach out to let me know there was an internet outage in the area that lasted no more than 5 minutes. This place is also huge, I came by myself and had so much room I didn’t know what to do lol. It’s so peaceful and quiet and everyone in there are super friendly I’ll definitely be staying here again when I go back to Texas

The house is way larger than it appears! The backyard has plenty to do and it is excellent size. This is the perfect Airbnb for a family with young children. It was extremely quiet and peaceful. I actually grew up in this neighborhood and we come back once a month for work and we will be staying here again.

We used this house as a staging house for our wedding at the venue next door and it worked out perfectly! We had the parents and grandparents stay here and they loved the house. It was beautiful inside and out, very relaxing and the views were amazing. They gave us an early check in when we asked which was much appreciated and their communication was fantastic, they always responded almost immediately when I messaged them. We have no complaints and would stay there again!

We had a fantastic stay! The property is absolutely beautiful, and the location is great - close to all the lake amenities, including the state park, restaurants, and a convenience store, and Ardmore is just down the street and was a great town. The house was clean, and easily accommodated our family of 4. We kayaked & fished around the pond, and watched the geese patrol the shore. There were also bad storms one of the nights we stayed, and we were very thankful for the option of the storm shelter. Thank you, we’ll be back!

Dyane is very communicative and the place was better than expected. If I ever go there again I would stay there.

This cabin was so cozy and the back yard was beautiful with the most amazing sunsets! Absolutely loved the back porch/deck and the fire pit. We had a great stay!! Would definitely stay again.

Brenda and Paul were very friendly, helpful and professional. They are Christian and I felt comfortable in their home. Worship on the deck area by the water was so peaceful and comfortable. We woke each morning, set outside and watched the lake. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We had a fantastic time. It was right on the Brazos River back off the road. The river is easily assessable if you wanted to fish. The place was clean, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. I already have friends and family asking about this place for future trips. We highly recommend it.

Loved staying here apartment was great, lake was wonderful sat by it in the morning and at night! not only was the host responsive but also extremely helpful and friendly would definitely stay here again.

The AirBnB was very nice and peaceful. Easy to get around Azle and is close to Forth Worth. Larry is helpful and a fantastic host. Would definitely recommend this place!

We definitely will be staying at this Airbnb again. It was a little too cold to hangout outside but are looking forward to going back when it’s warmer. We still enjoyed staying inside with the comfy couches and some hot chocolate watching movies with our family!

Little confusion finding the place but owner answered the phone late at night and helped us get there. Aside from the horrendous wind , everything was fantastic. Beach was clear of trash and the dock was kept up. Be mindful of the stickers scattered around the yard though, wear decent shoes.

My parents enjoyed the balcony outside the room with the lakeside view. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had an oversized table that fit us perfectly. The half bath even had a fun word search while on the John! Very cute and funny!

Excellent location when going back and forth to rocker B- perfect for a respite from the baseball hubbub! Well appointed condo, with very comfortable bedding and towels and even some extras in the cabinets that most do not and added such convenience! We really enjoyed the beautiful accommodations and great location.

Really nice condo unit in a great location. Walkable to a lot of things in the old market area - restaurants, shopping, parks. It's a litte confusing to figure out getting there and getting in so you have to read the instructions carefully before you get there (they are very detailed!) but once you do it is very easy! The place is very nice and has everything you need. We stayed with our kids from 12 to 26 and there was something for everyone to do. Some reviews complained about noise. It is definitely city living. You can hear music, traffic, people on the street etc. but we did not find that it was something that prevented us from sleeping or enjoying our time there. Kristen is very helpful and responsive to any questions you have. The condo is well stocked with things you need and well taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend and stay there again.
