The place was very clean and surrounded by beautiful nature. We will definitely come back again!

Bob contacted me the day before and was great to communicate with. We even left something behind and he was gratuitous enough to send it to us. Great hosts !!!

We had a wonderful stay at Richard's condominium! The condo is apart of a larger resort, Shanty Creek, and with the passes that were left for us to use, we were never bored! We explored the Lakeview Hotel and pool amenities there, the private beach, and the Shuss Mountain resort as well. This was especially nice for the 12 year old we had with us. There was a couple staying next to us (not under Richard's purview), who had loud dogs who would not stop barking but after messaging Richard, we heard them very rarely and then not at all, so we really appreciated the timely response we had from him and the action he took by informing the HOA for that condo. The little touches here and there were also really appreciated, like the fan/lightbulb fan charm cords so we knew which cord was for the light and which was for the fan. We plan on coming back for sure! Highly recommended place for people of all ages to enjoy.

This is an awesome place for a family or a couples get away. Cozy and private right in the middle of the woods, but still within a 10 minute drive to downtown Bellaire and 4 mins to the restaurants at Shanty Creek main resort area. The beds were super comfy. The space was open and cozy at the same time. We go every year for the annual Rubber Ducky Race and hope to rent here again every year. Thanks for the great experience!

Walk out basement to the few steps to get to the beach area. Well stocked kitchen. Recommend bringing your own water if desired ( well water I believe) . Beautiful sunsets. Game room was fun .. bring quarters to play though . Highly recommend

We have stayed at Timber Valley multiple times as a family and it is always a yearly highlight getaway for us. Kristi's place is very cozy and inviting especially being surrounded by the woods and nature. The house is the perfect size for our family of six and we have even had additional family stay with is in the past with more than enough room to accommodate our needs. Kristi is always responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns that come up. You can't go wrong with a stay at Timber Valley!

Susan is a great host, and her property is perfect for our northern golf getaway. We have stayed at this property before and just as last time Susan was a fantastic host. She is an excellent communicator and does all she can to make you feel welcome. Her property is fantastic and has everything we need. Susan will check in with you and makes sure you have all that you need. We will be staying with Susan for years to come! Thank you for everything!

Beautiful clean home. Great view from every window; we love being at the lake. Very responsive host. Even offered the convenience of free grocery delivery. Amenities were considerate for the number of guests the home allows. Check out was pretty simple (which was nice). Will return in the future!

Spent an extremely peaceful week fly fishing during the day and relaxing at the house in the evening. The house and hosts provided everything one needs to enjoy their time away. The setting was amazingly quiet.

Sarah was extremely communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. She even checked in on us one night to make sure we knew how to turn the heat on. (Very sweet!) The cottage is clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a long weekend. We enjoyed the fire-pit and board games! The area is gorgeous, with quick access to Traverse, Petosky, and Charlevoix. We saw lots of deer, bunnies, and squirrels, and the leaves were absolutely gorgeous! This is a GREAT little hideaway! We’d definitely come back! Thank you Sarah for sharing your home with us! We appreciate you!

This house is just as promised in all the photos. A beautiful house with a gorgeous view. Kitchen was equipped with all you need to do cooking or dining in while staying. All the spaces were clean and tidy with all the little things thought of like little throw blankets in the living areas to use, to puzzles and family & group friendly games. The hot tub overlooking the private lake access was perfect to enjoy in the evenings. Also the location! Cant beat it, close enough to downtown Traverse City to enjoy all the shopping and restaurants but far enough up on the peninsula to be close to many wineries and the downtown Sutton Bay area. We would definitely recommend this house and will be back when were in the area again.

Our stay was fantastic! Brian was super proactive with instructions and information about the area, so we felt very comfortable and at ease our whole stay. The house itself was impeccably cleaned & the amenities in the home exceeded expectations. Would definitely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful time at Chelsea's place! Elk Rapids is so beautiful to begin with and the cottage felt so tucked in and private but close to all the fun things. A big storm rolled in while we were there so our beach plans turned into the loveliest time of rest reading by the fireplace and watching rhe lightning over Bass Lake. We also just loved the design and layout of the home, which is something we always consider when booking an Airbnb, and it was actually more beautiful than the pictures depicted! The very open kitchen and dining area with the more intimate bedrooms really would make a sweet family space to stay as well! Will certainly book again!

Me and the boys had bachelor weekend at Jason’s house! The pictures still don’t explain the full picture, the house is simply GORGEOUS. I will recommend Jason’s house to friends and family and will be back anytime I visit TC! Thank you Jason for letting us use your home.

Bellaire Extraordinaire lived up to the name and is truly deserving of a five-star review! The house itself was packed with fun things to do, ensuring there was never a dull moment. Whether it was the game room, the massive fire pit or the outdoor games, we found ourselves constantly entertained and enjoying the space inside and out. From the moment we arrived, it was clear they put a lot of care into preparing the space and everything felt fresh and sparkling. Beyond the pristine condition, Brandon and Katharina were incredibly responsive hosts. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately, and they provided helpful information and recommendations that made our trip even better. Their communication made us feel so welcome and well-cared for.

Corey’s place was perfect for our needs. We loved being able to pull into the garage and let our dogs out directly into the fenced yard. The home was beautiful, very clean and had a wonderful layout. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen and bathrooms, there were even games. We enjoyed the beach access and the sunrise and sunset views. I really hope get another chance to stay here.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. Brendan providing clear instructions to help us enjoy our stay and was readily available for any issues including troubleshooting sometimes wifi issues. The house layout overlooks an epic backdrop of the lake with fantastic sunrise views. The house was thoughtfully decorated with fully stocked utensils and appliances to thoroughly enjoy our stay. It was truly a premium experience for our family. One mild area of improvement would include some housekeeping around the outdoor backdoor chairs as there numerous spider webs present. However we did book last minute so we do appreciate the accommodations.

Had a great time staying here! Close to Charlevoix, all the ski resorts were drivable too! The stay was very cozy, the area is very peaceful and quiet. Getting in and out was easy. Would highly recommend!

We stayed for my best friends bachelorette trip and everything about this place was perfect! It was easy to find, Mary is very responsive, very clean, there was plenty of room for everyone, and overall the environment was very welcoming and was a perfect place to call home for the weekend. The girls had a riot. Thank you Mary for hosting us!

This place is in beautiful location on the shores of Lake Leelandau, about 20 minutes from Traverse City. There are several wineries close to the cottage as well as the quaint village of Leeland. The weather wasn’t the best during our trip so we weren’t able to use the fire pit or sit by the lake but overall we are happy with this location.
