Burayı kiralamadan önce yorumları okurken herkesin Mustafa Bey’i methettiğini okudum ve merakta ettim. İlk giriş esnasında kendisine de herkes sizden bahsetmiş çok güzel yorumlar var dedim. Gerçekten yazılanların çok daha fazlası olduğunu gördüm. Bu kadar yardımcı olan, kibar, naif ve anlayışlı bir ev sahibi görmedim. Her telefonumuzu açtı, her talebimize destek verdi, hatta vapura binicez dediğimde bana çıkardı izmirkartını verdi. Yani gerçekten gidip kaldığınızda anlayacaksınız. Ev zaten geniş aileler için 3 yatak odası ile muazzam bir ev. Arkada bir bahçesi de var. Ama evden daha güzeli Mustafa Bey’i tanımaktı. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum.

We loved staying in Emre’s beautiful home. It looked just as it appeared in pictures and was exactly as described. Most importantly, Emre was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We had questions regarding restaurants, shops, transportation and other matters. Emre always responded quickly, completely, and very helpfully. He is a wonderful host.

House is very central at the heart of izmir close to all public transportation facilities. The room has a very comfortable double bed, big closet with mirror, a chair and a bed side lamp. There is locker on the door as well. Ezgi and her husband are very kind, helpful and open minded people! I definitely recommend this place.

Despite arriving by car on an incredibly busy Sunday afternoon in Sirince, a tiny historic village with steeply narrow cobblestone streets, with Süleyman’s assistance we managed to navigate our way through the crowded throng of visitors to his remarkable location. Nearby we spent time at the brilliant Ephesus and adjacent museum as well as having a great seafood lunch on the coast about an hour away after hearing about this special possibility from Süleyman. All in all a very different and interesting few days.

Evin konumu çok iyiydi plajlara yakındı site sakin huzurluydu. Ev temizdi eşyalar da yeniydi. İsmet bey her türlü ihtiyacımıza yardımcı oldu ekstra taleplerimize (2.bebek için yatak ve sandalye gibi) temin etti. Tekrardan kalmayı düşünüyoruz.

Ev görünenden daha güzel cok temiz cok ferah gerek bahce gerek ev harikaydı ev sahibide bi o kadar ilgiliydi her şey için tekrardan teşekkürler

Nergiz hanım oldukça yardımseverdi. Evin konumu merkeziydi ve ev gerçekten çok bakımlı ve temizdi. Mutlaka tekrar tercih edeceğim bir konaklamaydı.

Kutay Bey cok ilgiliydi evde eksik gedik herhangi bir sey yoktu her sey olmasi getektigi gibiydi. En onemlisi tertemiz ve hijyenikti.

Its peaceful place for every one feels as at home. The house is beautiful and cosy, specially the patio with a beautiful view. The house surrounded by flowers and trees. I really enjoyed to stay with my family. Lots of available street parking. All restaurants, shops and beaches are 5-10 min to drive.

Very good place for big companies, nice sea view

Gerçekten harika bir konaklama deneyimiydi! Ev sahibimiz son derece nazik, saygılı biriydi. Daire tertemizdi, her şey hazır ve eksiksizdi. Manzarası inanılmaz güzeldi ve dairenin kendisi de çok şık ve etkileyiciydi. Sadece bir gün kaldık ama bu kısa zamanı bile çok beğendik ve keyifle geçirdik. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek istiyoruz. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.

Such a peaceful retreat--surrounded by an olive grove, listening to the melodic Muezzin call to prayer and the crackle of the wood in the fireplace (with plenty of wood provided) This is a sanctuary of silence and nature. There is a luxurious, infinity pool filled with artesian spring water which you can hear flowing from the cottage. So private- but only a short drive away is the bustling, well visted Sirince Village, and a bit farther are Ephesus, the Basilica of St. John, and the House of the Virgin Mary. The amenities are simple, but beautifully adequate. Our hostess, Alison, was very helpful and can really help with any touring questions. A great place to get away from it all and not be too far from it all.

Staying at Fatma’s place was an amazing experience. First of all, Fatma has been an exceptional host; super welcoming, always responsive, proactive when we had questions and helpful even after we left the house. The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful area and offers plenty of amenities to enjoy with friends and family, such as table tennis, gym equipment, a pool and a barbecue. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook and serve meals for a group of 10. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable with every detail carefully thought out. The central heating worked perfectly. We didn’t encounter any problems but I want to note two things: (1) The location isn’t very central (though it’s safe), I’d recommend having a car rather than relying on taxis. (2) The internet connection can be slow if you’re planning to work from home with multiple people taking video calls; however, it’s fine for lighter use. Overal I highly recommend it.

Bayram haftası 4-9 Haziran arası konakladık , Nükhet hanım ve eşi çok naifler ve ilgililer . Eve gelecek olursak ev orta Menderes’te kalıyor biz bir gün Kuşadası , bir gün Alaçatı Çeşme bir gün Sığacık bir gün de Urla ya gittik gündüzleri her yere orta mesafede olduğundan ulaşım araçla zor olmadı. Evin kendisine yakın olan deniz taşlık biz taşlık sevmediğimizden kum plaj önerileri aldık, evin olduğu bölge inanılmaz sakin ve huzur dolu limon ağaçları zeytin ağaçları o kadar güzelki :) ev bizim için yeterliydi mutfak eşyaları yeteri kadar var , sadece ev biraz serin ve kot farkı olduğundan pek aydınlık olmuyor tüm gün deniz de olunca Buda pek önemli değil, akşamları bahçede oturduk bizim eve gelmemiz gece 1-2 oldu hep gezdiğimiz için , oturduğumuz zamanlarda bizi rahatsız eden bir durum olmadı tekrar teşekkür ederim ilginiz için Nükhet hanım selamlar

Ulaşımın kolay olduğu bir konumda konforlu bir konaklama geçirdik. Görseller ile birebir bir güzel bir evdi. Giriş çıkış sırasında bir sorun olmadı. Emre Bey ve Eda Hanımla iletişime geçmek kolaydı. İzmir'i gezmek için ideal evin yakınında otobüs ve tramvay durağı mevcut.

Ev fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibiydi. Hiçbir eksik yoktu tüm olanaklar mevcuttu. 2 aile konakladık ve hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Yiğit bey ve Tülay hanım çok ilgililer bir ihtiyacımız olduğunda yazdığımızda dakikasında dönüp hemen ilgilendiler. çok kibar insanlar. Bahçede oturmak çok keyifliydi etraf sessiz sakindi tam kafa dinlemelik bir yer. Çevre plajları gezeriz diye planlayarak gelmiştik ama çukuraltı plajını çok beğendik başka yerlere gitmeye gerek bile duymadık. Konum olarak çok iyi kuşadası, efese çok yakın. Çok keyif aldık evden de Özdereden de. İleride fırsat olursa tekrar gelmek, bu evde misafir olmak isteriz. Ailecek çok memnun kaldık.

We were 9 people, we came from the United States to see İzmir. The location was perfect, and he was extremely responsive , sometimes even less than 5 minutes. He was really helpful and amazing with all our questions and requests. we really enjoyed the space it was just like the pictures. We had fun getting in, like a game, like the movie Saw, looking for keys to open other parts of the house. The parking was a bit difficult but we figured it out, seemed typical for such a busy area. Though it’s something to think about if driving, but not a complaint. Anyways we really loved the house, it was clean and beautiful. We are so grateful for Selim for opening his house to us, Thank you Selim!

This is a beautiful home, and Adem is a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host. This was a great place to stay for a family of 6. We had two children and two grandparents. Great family home. Lovely pool and outdoor terrace. If you have a car, this is a an excellent option. We did not have a car, so the walk to the beach is about 20-25 minutes. There is easy access to public transportation via the “Dolmus” line. The house is a 10 minute walk to grocery stores, a butcher (where one can buy wine, beer, and spirits). Also, there is a delivery service (info on the refrigerator) for groceries, water, etc. We would stay here again!

Oğuzhan bey ev hakkında çok yardımcı oldu.Konum olarak ana otoyola çok yakındı bu yüzden büyük bir avantaj sağladı. Ev temizdi, herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Oğuzhan bey'e teşekkür ederiz.
