Before renting this place, I read the comments and saw that everyone praised Mr. Mustafa and I was curious. During the first introduction, I told him that everyone had mentioned him and that there were very good comments. I saw that there was much more than what was actually written. I have never seen a host who is so helpful, kind, naive and understanding. He answered all our calls, supported all our requests, and even gave me the Izmirkart when I said we would take the ferry. I mean, you'll really know when you go and stay. The house is already a huge house with 3 bedrooms for large families. It also has a garden in the back. But it was better than home to get to know Mustafa Bey. I highly recommend it.

We loved staying in Emre’s beautiful home. It looked just as it appeared in pictures and was exactly as described. Most importantly, Emre was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We had questions regarding restaurants, shops, transportation and other matters. Emre always responded quickly, completely, and very helpfully. He is a wonderful host.

Castle view , nice big terrace ! Too good

House is very central at the heart of izmir close to all public transportation facilities. The room has a very comfortable double bed, big closet with mirror, a chair and a bed side lamp. There is locker on the door as well. Ezgi and her husband are very kind, helpful and open minded people! I definitely recommend this place.

Despite arriving by car on an incredibly busy Sunday afternoon in Sirince, a tiny historic village with steeply narrow cobblestone streets, with Süleyman’s assistance we managed to navigate our way through the crowded throng of visitors to his remarkable location. Nearby we spent time at the brilliant Ephesus and adjacent museum as well as having a great seafood lunch on the coast about an hour away after hearing about this special possibility from Süleyman. All in all a very different and interesting few days.

The house was creating a feeling of being our own home with its colors and layout. Ms. Serap, who contacted us, always acted like a very loving and sincere sister. He offered us conveniences both at our check-in and check-out. He was always open to helping. The furniture in the house was more than enough for us. We so much enjoyed our time. Thank you very much. 👌🏻

The location of the house was very good, close to the beaches, the site was calm and peaceful. The house was clean and the items were new. Mr. Ismet helped us with all our needs and provided our extra requests (like a bed and chair for the 2nd baby). We plan to stay again.

It was a wonderful experience for us. We stayed on vacation with 3 girls. The house was cleaner and tidier than we expected. Everything is carefully prepared and everything is thought out. Mr. Kutay was also very interested and meticulous. I was able to reach him in a short time whenever I wanted. We were here for part of our vacation. When we saw the house, we thought we'd continue our vacation here. We came by private car, so I don't have any information about transportation.

Its peaceful place for every one feels as at home. The house is beautiful and cosy, specially the patio with a beautiful view. The house surrounded by flowers and trees. I really enjoyed to stay with my family. Lots of available street parking. All restaurants, shops and beaches are 5-10 min to drive.

Very good place for big companies, nice sea view

It was a really great stay experience! Our host was extremely kind and respectful. The apartment was spotless, everything was ready and complete. The view was incredibly beautiful and the apartment itself was very stylish and impressive. We only stayed for one day, but we liked this short time and enjoyed it. We would definitely like to come back again. We recommend it to everyone with peace of mind.

Such a peaceful retreat--surrounded by an olive grove, listening to the melodic Muezzin call to prayer and the crackle of the wood in the fireplace (with plenty of wood provided) This is a sanctuary of silence and nature. There is a luxurious, infinity pool filled with artesian spring water which you can hear flowing from the cottage. So private- but only a short drive away is the bustling, well visted Sirince Village, and a bit farther are Ephesus, the Basilica of St. John, and the House of the Virgin Mary. The amenities are simple, but beautifully adequate. Our hostess, Alison, was very helpful and can really help with any touring questions. A great place to get away from it all and not be too far from it all.

Staying at Fatma’s place was an amazing experience. First of all, Fatma has been an exceptional host; super welcoming, always responsive, proactive when we had questions and helpful even after we left the house. The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful area and offers plenty of amenities to enjoy with friends and family, such as table tennis, gym equipment, a pool and a barbecue. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook and serve meals for a group of 10. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable with every detail carefully thought out. The central heating worked perfectly. We didn’t encounter any problems but I want to note two things: (1) The location isn’t very central (though it’s safe), I’d recommend having a car rather than relying on taxis. (2) The internet connection can be slow if you’re planning to work from home with multiple people taking video calls; however, it’s fine for lighter use. Overal I highly recommend it.

We felt very comfortable until the last day! Everything was great and we were received very warmly. All our questions or concerns were always addressed and we had great holidays as a family with 2 children! We can definitely recommend this property and would come back! Mr. Ali was very kind, the kitchenware was old and inadequate, but the apartment was quite spacious and spacious, it was wonderful to enjoy tea on the balcony with a sea view, I would definitely recommend it, we stayed very comfortably, thank you for everything 😊

Had a really nice couple of days here. Nice, safe neighbourhood not too far from public transport or to the centre of town and a very pretty house.

The house was as seen in the photos. There was nothing missing, all the amenities were available. We stayed with 2 families and had no problems at all. Mr. Yigit and Ms. Tülay are very interested, when we wrote when we needed something, they came back in the moment and took care of it right away. They are very kind people. It was very pleasant to sit in the garden, it was quiet and calm, a place to relax. We came by planning to visit the surrounding beaches, but we liked the Çukuraltı beach very much, we didn't even need to go anywhere else. Very good location in Kusadasi, very close to Ephesus. We enjoyed the house and Özdered very much. If there's a chance in the future, we'd love to be guests in this house again. We were very pleased with the family.

We were 9 people, we came from the United States to see İzmir. The location was perfect, and he was extremely responsive , sometimes even less than 5 minutes. He was really helpful and amazing with all our questions and requests. we really enjoyed the space it was just like the pictures. We had fun getting in, like a game, like the movie Saw, looking for keys to open other parts of the house. The parking was a bit difficult but we figured it out, seemed typical for such a busy area. Though it’s something to think about if driving, but not a complaint. Anyways we really loved the house, it was clean and beautiful. We are so grateful for Selim for opening his house to us, Thank you Selim!

Lovely cottage in Şirince, we stayed 2 nights here. Very peaceful, about a 7 minute walk into town. The host was very nice and responsive to our questions. I would recommend if you want a cosy, peaceful stay in Şirince 😊
