The Apple Shed @ Rose Cottage

The Apple Shed is a luxury stay in the heart of North Yorkshire, easy driving distance to Ripon, Thirsk, Harrogate & York. We’ve recently (2021) renovated an apple store and stable in our garden into a beautiful space. You can spot the restored apple picking ladders and exposed bricks from the original building. Located in the heart of Dishforth Village it’s walking distance a village drinking pub and a five minute drive to the award winning Crab & Lobster restaurant and The Angel at Topcliffe.

The Annexe - a cosy bolthole for the Dales & Moors

Situated in the Vale of York between the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors, this cosy, modern guest annexe is in a central village location with excellent transport links. The suite has private access, contactless check-in via key-safe and off-street parking. There is a comfortable double bed, sofabed (these are in the same room) Freeview TV, mini fridge, crockery and cutlery for a night in with a takeaway, alternatively there are three pubs within easy walking distance serving pub grub.

The Flat

This luxury loft style apartment has its own large indoor hot tub, pool table, 65"TV with sky UHD, Alexa with unlimited music, jukebox, super king bed and balcony with panoramic views of the valley. Whether you are staying for a special occasion, a weekend away, or one of the Piece Hall gigs, the flat gives you the best of both worlds- views over the valley while still being in the center of town. With bars, restaurants, and the retail district close by for supplies and some retail therapy.

Quaint Old Chapel, Hot tub-dogs-rural river walk

Quaint Old Chapel is set in the heart of rural Catton village, Thirsk, North Yorkshire. With much to see & do near and far, the outings are endless. This quirky quaint detached cottage has a luxury hot tub spa included in the price, temperature controlled pet friendly dog wash and parking for two cars. It has so much to offer and the area is of stunning views and beauty. Many walks and bike rides for you and your pets to enjoy including a beautiful river walk along the River Swale..

Chequer Barn Apartment

An oak framed loft apartment is above a large garage which is accessed by stairs with a balcony for tree level seating. The space is not attached to our house and has separate access. The pitched roof gives the apartment a feeling of space and light, with underfloor heating. The outside space is ideal if you want some fresh air. We are in a rural location with no amenities, although the nearest village is only two miles away. We would welcome all visitors, but we don’t accept children.

The Cobbler's Cottage

Nestled in the scenic North Yorkshire village of Sessay, this charming former cobbler's cottage offers a spacious retreat. Inside, you'll find a wood-burning stove, TV, Blu-ray player, and a modern kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, and a washing machine. Step outside to a private patio complete with a dining area and barbecue. Plus, we warmly welcome one well-behaved pet, so you can bring your furry friend along if you desire.

The Little House Peaceful & self-contained

Located in the centre of the lovely village of Kilburn on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, Woodmans Annexe is peaceful, cosy and self-contained, tucked away from the general hustle and bustle of the village. The Forresters Arms, serving local ales and all meals including breakfast, is a mere 20m across the square. The Mouseman Furniture Centre is just around the corner and the White Horse of Kilburn is a good walk up the hill.

'Teal Cottage' Cute and Cosy cottage

A new conversion, Teal Cottage is a beautiful contempory 1 bed cottage offering a peaceful southern outlook and nestled away behind the high street with all the local amenities within walking distance.The cottage has a wet room bathroom with rainfall shower, outside courtyard for guests to enjoy a glass of wine or evening meal and free parking. Easy access to York, Harrogate and Leeds plus the charming City of Ripon is 15 minutes by car.

'Narnia' is situated in Thirsk, a traditional North Yorkshire market town and an ideal location for exploring the national parks of the North Yorkshire Moors and Yorkshire Dales. Home to the award winning museum, 'The World of James Herriot, the attractions of York and Harrogate are all within easy access. Thirsk also prides itself in its racecourse where flat racing can be experienced through the summer.
