Holiday rentals with a patio in Toowoon Bay

Our stay was amazing. The apartment is open with beautiful light. Beautiful kitchen/living area, and a good sized bathroom. Rose was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. 🙂

Wonderful stay to relax & unwind after a long flight from the USA. High scale and quiet. Easy access to Terrigal (about a 3 min drive) & beaches.

We had a wonderful few days at Penny's apartment. It is comfortable and well equipped with a lovely leafy outlook. The central location is fantastic and so convenient with the cafes, restaurants and shops of Avalon all within easy walking distance. Check in was very easy and Penny is a wonderful host.

Hidden Gem in Newcastle – Thoughtful, Understated, Perfect This place truly surprised me — in the best way. The space was beautiful yet understated, with everything I needed right at my fingertips. We had an awesome stay at Daniel’s place! We're a family of four and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked, and having things like spices, oil, and coffee already there made things so easy. The house is modern and had everything we needed. Daniel was a great host, really responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! Peaceful weekend getaway in family. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. The place had everything we needed for our stay with extra thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special. It was lovely to feed the animals and use the firepit to roast marshmallows 😋 Thanks so much Kristen and Paul!

This place is absolutely fantastic and there’s nothing to fault at all! The design of the whole place is well thought out and clean. The location is incredibly beautiful. George, Patrick and Dave were super responsive and helpful with any enquiries we had. It was a wonderful stay overall and my entire family had so much fun, they can not wait to come back already. I had so many friends asking for the Airbnb listing after seeing the pictures of the place so I can only assume how hard it would be to book this place in the future! We found Helgas home to be exactly what we wanted, warm, clean and homely. Helga was a lovely host who always ensured we were ok and our doggo and ourselves would stay here again when visiting Pearl Beach. Thank you Helga!

We stayed at Anna’s place over the long weekend for a friends birthday and it was absolutely amazing! The house is very clean, had a great spa and lots of space. The pool table and darts were a huge hit too! Locals cafes and restaurants were within walking distance and so was the lovely walk along the lake. Anna is so lovely and responded to all of our inquiries promptly. Highly recommend staying at this gorgeous place.

I had a lovely stay at Tina and Chris’s place! Although I didn’t get to meet Tina in person, she was incredibly responsive and helpful through messages. Chris was so welcoming and friendly—it truly felt like a home. The space was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and warm place to stay. Thank you both!

Xanthe's place has a lovely aspect, is very quite (there is a Police Station at the end of the road that might help;), has a lot of sun light and is very comfortable. The deck area is very large so great for our dog and all the amenities worked as described. The sofa, dinning table and decor were very nice and rustic and the kids loved the sunroom with a hammock chair. The street itself suited us perfectly. The area is within walking distance to Mona Vale and lots of shops and gyms etc, walk to the beach and dog park, close to the B1 bus to the city and also easy access to anywhere else on the Northern Beaches.

We had an amazing holiday. Adam and Sarah's apartment was absolutely lovely - beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. they had left clear instructions. The apartment was located within easy walking distance of shops and the gorgeous Dee Why beach and restaurants and on the main bus route to other places. Would highly recommend.
