Newer open house, beautifully decorated ,4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large open concept , 70" smart Tv, plus smart tvs in all rooms,optional heated pool, through Oct through May 31st, quiet neighborhood, tennis courts, ball fields, splash pad within walking distance. Heating of pool is AN ADDITIONAL $25.00 PER NIGHT. Please let us know. We charge 35.00 a night for guest 7 or 8. Please include ,guests staying the nights, ages of children and also if they know how to swim prior to approving.

Our amazing quiet getaway in the desert sun! Plenty of room poolside to enjoy the private backyard, or take a dip in the pool! The pool is not heated at this price. A truly spacious kitchen! Beds are new & firm. Out of the city, but only 15 minutes to town! The local golf & pickleball scenes are hopping! Golf clubs and pickleball gear come with your rental! There is a fully functional home office. XBox and Wii included. There are also 2 adult and a children's electric bikes for exploring!
