Il se situe au rez-de-chaussée d'un petit immeuble comportant 3 appartements et est sécurisé par une caméra de surveillance installée dans le hall d’entrée commun. Sa situation est idéale avec la gare de Herstal à 2 minutes de marche et sa proximité avec la cité ardente ! Rendez-vous dans le centre de Liège en 10-15 minutes en voiture pour y découvrir cette ville aux multiples facettes !

Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylish space next to our house. The guest suite is luxuriously furnished and provided to guarantee you a relaxing stay. The guest suite is completely private. Parking is free in front of the door. The guest suite is located in the quiet area of Zouwdalveste in Maastricht, 50 meters from the Belgian border. Within 10 minutes by car, you can be in the center of Maastricht. By bus, you can reach the city center of Maastricht within 18 minutes.

During your stay in this spacious apartment, you will relax completely. There is room for 2 cars in the courtyard. In the shared garden is a trampoline and climbing rack. The living room has a TV, and pellet stove. Bathroom has a generous shower. The kitchen has a microwave/oven + dishwasher. The home has a double bed and a double sofa bed with comfortable topper. Ideal for long stays are the washing machine and dryer. There is air conditioning on both floors.

"De Dépôt" is located within the ring of the city at 300m from the market. The roof room is on the 2nd floor . There is a double box spring (+cot). Tea and coffee are in the mini kitchen. There is a double lavabo, a walk-in shower and a toilet. The sitting area with TV is on the second floor. There is also the second bedroom that is available as standard from a third guest. For this, additional costs will be charged for booking for two people (requests).

A few steps from the nature reserve "De Kevie" and right on the cycle route, our place, at the end of a cul-de-sac, invites you to blissful moments of rest and relaxation. The stylishly finished interior in a wood frame creates a relaxed atmosphere. If you nevertheless wish to descend back to civilization, there is full internet and TV offer at home! Of course, Tongeren, the first city in Belgium, should also be on your "must see" list (3km).
