Sam was an excellent host! She caters for every need and is very warm and welcoming. The treetops has everything you need, was very clean and tidy and the hot tub was a bonus. We will definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to everyone! Would give 10 stars if we could.

Charming & practical stand-alone studio with en suite shower in peaceful garden behind the host's house. Independently accessible from via short walk along garden path. No problem parking on-street 30 seconds' walk from the door. Exactly what we wanted for a one-night stay in this scenic corner of East Sussex.

Barry's place for perfect for our night before le shuttle. It has everything we needed and was so nice to have eggs, bacon, cereal and milk supplied as we couldn't take some of things with us to France. thanks so much.

Peaceful location and gardens, v cosy little place. We enjoyed relaxing in the garden, visiting the village and nearby areas; the reservoir, Sissinghurst and Hastings. James and Sarah were very responsive to our questions and requests.

We are so glad we found this absolute Gem ! It was perfect for our weekend of calm with our pooch Louie . As well as a fantastic welcome from Viv we were greeted by both of her gorgeous dogs and a choir of happy birds. On the first morning , whilst contemplating the feast that Viv had modestly called breakfast provisions we saw lots of rabbits roaming right in front of the Cabin. Lots of lovely walks nearby and we had a fabulous Sunday roast at the Six Bells - a five minute drive away . A genuine getaway from it all - perfect

I really loved my short stay at The Outbuilding. It’s beautifully decorated, the space is so well curated and an interior dream (just my cup of tea!) and overall the space has been really thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. Amy was lovely and super friendly, as was Jago (the most beautiful floof who just wanted to hang out!). I loved that my little dog was so welcomed and having use of the garden was so appreciated. I felt very comfortable there. Rye is a 10min drive, Camber just 17mins and the little tea room in Appledore does a great sausage sandwich (and just a few paces away). Really nice and friendly staff there. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend!

My stay at this charming Airbnb in Ashford was absolutely wonderful. The space itself was adorable — beautiful gardens, historic charm, and cozy in a way that immediately made me feel at home. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel not just like a guest, but like a truly valued visitor. Their warmth and thoughtfulness created such a comforting atmosphere during my time away from home. nona was amazing, nice polite and friendly, always available all the time answering any question about the place but also about our vacation , giving good advices and being really helpful. the place was really nice, quite and more spacious than what I thought. I comfortably staiyed with my wife and my 2 kids. few minutes from Brighton centre, even if the weather was not great we really enjoyed stay at mona s place and if I got the occasion I will definitely book it again in summer

It’s all been said before but… it was beautifully presented (top quality fittings, furniture etc), everything thought through for convenience and leisure… it’s like walking through the door to a warm hug! Also the bathroom is luxurious - have stayed in a few nice hotels but never had a roll-top bath ‘experience’ as good as here! The little outdoor area is an absolute haven and looks onto beautiful rolling fields (view that can also be enjoyed from the sofa if it’s drizzly). We were visiting family but I would have been happy to have spent a more time at the property relaxing with a good book etc. Can’t recommend highly enough - Joanna works very hard, but makes it look easy by being so relaxed and welcoming in her manner.

Light and spacious facing a quiet garden in a beautiful neighbourhood near Hampstead Heath. Local buses and walk to lovely Highgate village cafes and parks. Comfortable for working as well as relaxing in the garden. Very clean and modern.

It was exactly as listed if not bettern in reality. Everything was clean and fresh and in good working order. Very tastefully decorated. Steff and Cher were great at communicating and going above and beyond. I will definitely be returning.

Joanna was proactive in providing easy instructions to locate and access the property. Property is as described and host was very friendly making us feel comfortable. Location is great to access the local wineries and although a small village has a good pub and local store for anything you may need. Comfortable stay and gladly recommend.

Just returned from spending 6 days in the Granary, Caroline was super responsive and her directions were easy to follow and accurate. Unfortunately i didn't get to meet Caroline as she was away. The Granary was very spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The downstairs shower was great, we didn't try the upstairs shower. The location was very quiet and peaceful, but easy to get to where i wanted to visit. I would definitely recommend the Granary.

Had a great stay at The Secret Hideaway. Spotless accommodation and exactly as described an presented in the photos. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Great accommodation, all on one level, in a friendly village. Avril & Paul left us to ourselves but readily engaged when approached. Beautiful setting with lovely garden, view of the Southern Downs easy, short walk to village store to buy bread, cereal, milk and banana for breakfast.

The location of this beautiful listing is idyllic. I was only here for one evening while away for work, I was made to feel at home immediately by the farm dog (Ash). You’ll tire out far before he does while playing fetch. The peace and tranquility of the farm is so pleasant to be around. I was fortunate to have good weather and enjoyed a long cycle around the county. The farm eggs were very welcomed and I purchased more to support local. If you find yourself in the area, you’ll struggle immensely to find something more beautiful and well valued. I’ll certainly be back in the future.

We hugely enjoyed our 4-day stay in Philippa’s cottage. Without doubt, this is one of the most comfortable Airbnbs we have stayed in. A really lovely property, with the added bonus of great views of Philippa’s beautiful garden next door.

The place looked great in the photos and was even nicer when we got there. The Pavilion is set in Chris’ amazing garden and is very private and tranquil. On arrival there was fresh bread and pastries, butter, jam and a selection of milks. Everything was perfect and we will absolutely stay again next time that we fly from Gatwick.

This cabin is very pretty and really well equipped, you soon forget the planes, plenty of room and just a perfect private getaway.

I had the most joyous stay as both the accommodation and location were perfect. I could list so many fabulous features in the flat but suffice to say it has, in my opinion, every amenity you could wish for. It was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and communication with Karen was so easy. As an additional note Ditchling has to be one of the prettiest and interesting villages I have ever visited and the centre is easily walkable from the flat taking only a few minutes. I would certainly recommend this listing.
