Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Tompkins County

We found Derek's place to be exactly as described in the listing. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and just the right size for 2 adults and a teenager. There is a step up into the bathroom, so we appreciated the thoughtful placement of a nightlight there. There were plenty of linens available, including towels, wash cloths, kitchen towels, and extra bedding for the futon. Extra tissues, toilet paper, trash bags, and good quality soaps were a plus! This place was conveniently located close to everything we wanted to do in the area. We met Derek by chance a couple of times as we were coming and going during our visit, and he was welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice walk up apartment. The apartment was as pictured. It had all necessary amenities and was quiet. It is in a safe area of town walkable to downtown restaurants. Jason was quite responsive to any questions or needs we had. We very much recommend this property.

Comfortable, beautiful apartment in a charming neighborhood. We walked to restaurants, shopping and live music downtown. Apartment had plenty of coffee for our stay, and everything else we needed, without any clutter. It was very clean and decorated tastefully. Jason was very responsive to any questions we had, even asked what temperature we wanted so it would be comfortable when we arrived! Would highly recommend this property!

Our family had a wonderful stay of four nights at the house. Christian has been always responsive and helpful with messages from the reservation to our checkout. We arrived very late at night and got help immediately how to access the house. A very cozy and charming house with three right-sized bedrooms and very comfortable beds with clean bedding. The living room has big couches and soft blankets with a big TV screen. The dining area near a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom with a fresh stack of towels, shampoo, body wash etc… To access Cornell University, we greatly enjoyed the 30mns drive through beautiful landscapes. I highly recommend this place for families and will definitely come back.

Dennis had everything that we could need in this Airbnb and was the perfect place for our weekend away. The area was very walkable and easy to get around and was a great location to visit some wineries. Overall had a great stay!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The place was spotless, tasteful, open and airy, with a ton of light. The surroundings are beautiful and made it so easy to unwind, breathe, and relax. Hosts were so responsive and helped us immediately with any request/question. If you're looking for a way to get out to the country while still having easy access to the town of Ithaca and the lake, this is a great bet!

This home was a piece of heaven on earth during graduation week. It felt so good to have a homestead for our daughter to come to, and have all three generations of us together during such a special time.

Gratitude and Grace is an escape from the ordinary. Its a beautiful unique property in the country that was just about perfect for me and 7 bridesmaids for my low key Bachelorette. The grounds are lovely and well maintained, as it is normally a wedding venue. The inside of the mansion is eclectic and vintage. Ron is very nice and accommodating as well. Some things i may improve: Soap was watered down in all bathrooms Beds werent exactly comfortable, they seemed very old. Hot tub was just nice, It didnt get very hot though and the water was a bit cloudy The most comfortable bed is in the tiny rennovated garden shed. Although peaceful, we did have to request it be opened so we had the 8th bed as advertised. 2 girls had to bunk up together the 1st night, no big deal but would have been nice to know the 8th bed wasnt automatically available. The 7th bed is a fun loft with a ladder above a king sized bed. It was cute, but the bed was very uncomfortable so no one wanted it.

Our stay for Cornell's graduation was fabulous! We have a large family and the house easily and comfortably accommodate all of us and was very comfortable! Thank you Max for your proactive communication and beautiful home for the weekend!

The place is super cozy. Great for a quiet and peaceful respite away from the city. Rhonda was very responsive, warm/friendly, and helpful. The neighbors were also really friendly and welcoming, and the ecovillage was near a pretty pond. We were also able to use the kitchen to make small meals and cook. Highly recommend if you're stopping by Ithaca and prefer something other than a generic hotel stay.

Great Hosts! Very responsive. House has a lot of space and close to Cornel Campus and main Ithaca attractions!

We had a wonderful weekend at Lisa’s place while visiting our children at Ithaca College. She was kind, responsive, even provided breakfast for my crew upon arrival. The home is beautiful and spacious. The setting is stunning. Was so fun watching “The Boys (and girls) in the Boats” row by each morning💙 We loved the connection to the paths/trails along the inlet. We had never stayed in this part of town before, and we absolutely loved it. Close enough to walk everywhere, but also great to be off the beaten path of the city center a bit!!

Tim’s place was exactly what we wanted when visiting Ithaca. The house and property was modern, and airy. And we loved being near a stream and trees and we spent time having coffee outside. It was a short drive to Ithaca, and an even shorter drive to a grocery store, bagel and coffee shop, and pharmacy. Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay for our daughter’s graduation from Cornell! There was plenty of room for the four of us and we were able to eat in for several meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The highlight for us was the close location to Beebe lake (lots of wonderful trails for walking/jogging) and ability to walk to all of the graduation ceremonies. We will definitely stay here again!
