We’re so grateful to our host, Mirko! When we arrived in Zlatibor, our first apartment turned out to be a scam with a dishonest host. We had to find a new place urgently at 11 PM, and Mirko replied instantly. He even arranged cleaning at that late hour, and just 30 minutes later we were settling into his lovely apartment. The place is cozy, super comfortable, and has a beautiful view. It really felt like home – warm, welcoming, and with that special travel vibe, like you’re visiting a place you already love. There are so many little touches that add to the comfort. Everything was clean and worked perfectly – the mattress was very comfy, there’s a dishwasher, a nice TV, a great sofa, and it was so quiet and peaceful. Mirko was always available and helpful – such an amazing host! We’d love to come back to Zlatibor and would definitely stay at his place again if it’s available!

I would like to suggest this cozy apartment for tourists coming from all over the world. Koti is really comfortable small apartment with soft sofa, suitable bed, clean bathroom, hot water, kitchen kits and nearly everything for accomadation for a few days. nice location, quite new building and an exclusive parking site. only one thing, the instructions not very clear, and the light in corridor is broken and we have to unlock the door in complete dark! with phone torch. except this ,everything is nice.

We stayed in Cacak for a tennis tournament at TK Sloboda. Mario's apartment was very clean, equipped with everything we needed to make meals. It is walkable to the city center, easy to find good restaurants. Perfect apartment for a busy tennis family, with laundry, super shower, and comfortable to relax in between matches. The parking is ideal and easy and safe. The host had done an excellent job with this apartment from top to bottom, we felt right at home and would recommend!! Would love to return next trip to Cacak!

Nice, tucked away, and super clean apartment. Very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Stable and fast internet combined with a very comfortable sofa was ideal for movie nights. No complaints except that in the pictures, the apartment gives the impression that it is smaller, but we got used to it very quickly and we were glad it was smaller.

This was a fantastic apartment with a very friendly and responsive who was happy to give his time and recommendations about the local area which was filled with things to do and explore. The flat had beautiful views from the balcony and was decorated to a high standard inside. Nearby there are plenty of wonderful cafes and restaurants to eat in most overlooking beautiful mountains and lakes/rivers. Nearby there is also Zlatibor to explore and Tara. I will definitely be returning to this area and this apartment again as there is still more to see!

Milica’s place amazing!!! Is super complete, the details that went into what you might need for your holidays is incredible. She thought in absolutely everything. Everything is high quality, you could make a gourmet meal in this kitchen, the bedding, the towels everything is superb including the Matress and sleeping sofa . Well positioned a wonderful flat to relax and enjoy. Milica is flexible , very friendly, and helpful Her mum in low is fantastic as well . She welcome us and explained everything about the flat . Jelena is a very kind host and responds to messages very quickly. The check-in process went smoothly as the instructions were clear. Regarding parking, there are plenty of free parking spaces in front of the building. The apartment is the same as in the photos. The apartment has everything we needed, and Jelena took care of every detail to make us feel at home! As for cleanliness, everything was perfectly clean, fresh, and tidy. We look forward to returning to this accommodation!

+Beautiful cosy apartment with king bed and sofa in Living room, which is also when it is assembled, like a king bed. Apartment is very clean. Walking distance to the main square and lake.
