Downtown, this suite is walkable: coffee shops, bars, restaurants, art galleries, yoga studio. 2 blocks to Shannon Medical Center. 350sf for 1 or 2 people. Karen was a great host and always responded quickly to anything we had questions about. Home was stocked with anything you could have possibly forgotten and for the kids they had children’s books, Pac-Man, and a nice outdoor area for cooking. We all slept well and really enjoyed our stay!

Quiet Lone Star Retreat with pool.

It was such an amazing and relaxing stay. Everything was very thought out on where it was and the house had everything we needed. The wildlife was fun to watch too. We got to see lots of wild turkeys and even a tarantula. The pool was immaculately clean and the lounging area was very enjoyable for the adults to converse while being able to keep an eye on the kids. The interior of the home was wonderful and very spacious. We will certainly be visiting there again.

We always enjoy our time at the Lake House on Sleepy Hallow. We enjoy the peaceful surroundings, fishing off the dock, and relaxing beds and living room. We love San Angelo and were so close to restaurants and attractions. This was a perfect Spring Break spot. So thankful for the host and their hospitality. Can’t wait to stay again.

My wife and baby stayed here while I had training for the military in San Angelo. Mary was a great host, and very responsive to all of our questions. The place is right next to a park and great pizza place up the street. And the most reasonably priced Airbnb for long term stay in the area. Thankful the place had a washer and dryer, and was a nice little home for my family to stay in. Lots of great food in town if you decide to stay a while

What an incredible place. This place is brand new in every aspect. Clean beyond clean. So well done with every amenity you could think of. Ivanna has gone above and beyond with this Downtown San Angelo jewel. Centrally located, just 2 minute walk to the Riverwalk on the Concho river and two blocks away from a thriving and fun downtown. We have stayed in so many mediocre places while in San Angelo, and we are always so disappointed, but Ivanna's place is such a a breath of fresh air. We felt safe and the place is so peaceful. We are so excited to have found the "The Concho Condo"

The location: We absolutely lovwd the little cabin we stayed in, (There was two of us and a kiddo). The cabin was a no frills, but cozy, clean, and located right on the water made it a fun and memorable stay. Its so peaceful here, the water cold and clear, and the fishing was plentiful! The hosts: Randy and his wife were absolutely lovely. They were friendly, helpful and very personable. Randy knew all the great fishing spots. Our Son especially fell in love with Shadow, the resident blue heller on site. Overall it was a fun stay. We will definitely be going back!

Absolutely amazing stay, hosts couldn’t have done more! The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful as well with a lake down the road. All in all was worth every penny.
