Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Tokyo Prefecture

It was a great place for us. A little small for 8 people and no sitting area but the host was so responsive and the location was ideally located near a train station. The air conditioning was strong and the showers were spacious. Thank you so much for hosting us. We would definitely come back to this place again.

入住體驗非常棒，設備都很乾淨方便，且離地鐵站很近！惟四周有老人安養院需保持安靜，隔音不是很好，晚上會聽到鄰居笑鬧聲。

The host was very helpful from booking to our arrival in Tokyo. She helped us with booking pick up and drop off vans which was a huge help since she got us a better deal than Uber or taxi. Her house was immaculate and so comfy. The house was located nearby subway station and 15 mins walk to an amazing shopping area. Even Don Quihote shop was so close. I recommend everyone going to go to this store rather than the one in Shibuya. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Tokyo.

It is a cute house, good value for money. While being conveniently located near the city center, a much quieter area for those who prefer the peace. With a view of the Skytree from the front door and 2 of the three bedrooms. Appreciated the fact that there were actually 3 separate bedrooms, which is hard to find in the price range that we set for ourselves. Looks a bit vintage but very practical. Small but complete.

This is our second time staying at Shu/Zen House, and once again, it truly feels like a home away from home! Everything was just as great as before. The space is much more generous than a hotel room, and it’s conveniently located near great food spots and a nice supermarket. The host is, as always, very kind and responsive. We’ll definitely make this our top choice whenever we visit Tokyo!

What a nice place. It was close to a station which made traveling easy. The neighborhood was also great, there was a very nice man who ran a produce stand and the convenient store were very close as well. Overall the stay was great with a ton of space for 5 of us

I was afraid we wouldn’t find accommodations for a group of 12 but Ethan’s place was so great! It had all we needed including amenities. It was close to restaurants and bars and lots of vintage shops. And a short walk to the train. We would stay again.

任何语言都无法形容这里的美丽！虽然位置稍微偏僻，交通不是很方便。但是这样的美景和非常棒的住宿体验，绝对值得！房间干净整洁，房东热情接待！简直想一直住在这里❤️

체크인 전에 꼼꼼하게 안내해주시고 확인해주셔서 찾아가는데 어려움이 없었고 친절하고 빠른 안내와 답변으로 이용하는 내내 편하게 지낼수 있었습니다. 친구들도 다시 여행을 온다면 이 숙소를 선택하고 싶다고 말했습니다:)

完全プライベートな空間に欲しいものを全て詰め込んだ、大変贅沢な宿でした。 お部屋はとても清潔でおしゃれでした。 サウナ、ジャグジー、ウッドデッキのインフィニティチェア、大きなお風呂のクオリティと位置が完璧で、サウナ好きの私たち夫婦としては最高の体験ができました。 強いて一つ言うなら、キッチンの設備が大変充実している一方、オプションで付けられる食事はそれなりなので、食事は自分たちで食材を持ち込んで料理するで良かったと思っています。

Nous avons adoré résider dans ce logement typiquement japonais. Le cadre est paisible et permet le repos. La maison est propre et offre tout le confort moderne. Gros point fort: le onsen privatif qui permet de se prélasser après une joirnée au bord du lac. Pour finir notre hôte était hyper réactive et très sympathique. Nous recommandons fortement.

We had an unforgettable stay at Qiaoling’s place in Tokyo! She is truly one of the kindest and most thoughtful hosts we’ve ever met. Even though we arrived late at night, she came out to pick us up, what a warm welcome after a long trip! The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, it felt just like home. From shampoo, body wash, to face wash, everything was perfectly prepared. Qiaoling thought of every little detail, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. On the day we left, it was raining, and she even offered to drive us to pick up our rental car. We were honestly so touched by her kindness and care. We’re already looking forward to coming back again. Thank you, Qiaoling, for making our trip to Tokyo so special! Highly, highly recommend staying here!

とても綺麗な宿でゆっくり過ごすことができました。 小さい子供がいましたが、荷物を運ぶ際に子供を見ていてくれたり、子連れに配慮したベッドメイキング場所の提案など温かいおもてなしをしていただきました。ありがとうございました。今回は利用しなかったのですがテラスでBBQもできるので、暖かくなったらまた宿泊したいと思います！

プライベート感溢れる立地 本格的な料理もできるプロ仕様のキッチン 多少の雨でもくつろげるバルコニー部分 広く本格的な温泉ジャグジー アメニティも充実しており 大変満足できるお部屋でした。

Beautiful house and outdoor area for the kids to play. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to our friends and family.

The house is really nice and the view is amazing. You are able to get t a hold of the host right away and he is very helpful if you have any questions or request.

This place is amazing, especially after a few days in bustling Tokyo. It felt a little too secluded at first, until we could figure out taxi service. We spent a lot of time in the onset, which was magical, only went out once to the open air museum/to pick up food. We were away a little too long: it’s a great place to rest and read and chill. Good to take a break from eating out as much as well. It could be cleaner in spots but the deck, the hot springs and views are worth it.

It would be great if the BBQ grill can be used free of charge (include in the price). Great host, friendly and fast response. Recommended for foreigners.

食材だけを準備すれば調味料やタレもある。 近くのスーパーは食材が少なかったので、あらかじめ準備しておくといいと思った。 ご紹介頂いたお肉屋さんのお肉はどれもおいしかった。
