Great place to stay near Asakusa for a large family. Highly recommend!

Yukio had a really nice place, and they are a very nice person to speak with. We had a small leak, but Yukio was able to get it fixed the next day. For tourists, keep in mind that trash will need to be separated.

Yukio was a great host during our stay. He was patient with us even if our Japanese was bad. He was helpful with what happened when our daughter got sick. All throughout our stay recommended us to great places nearby. The place is authentic and spacious. If stairs are not a challenge for you, the place is a perfect spot. It has all the basic things you need. The place is located in a nice community. It has a nice Japanese rural vibes but still part of the city, where local stores are just below you, convenience store and authentic food restaurants are just across the street. It may be far from the bustling city center but it is still connected with a 1-3 minute walk to bus stops and 20+min walk to tsurukawa station(if you don’t like riding the bus to get to the train station). Overall great host and a wonderful place.

The place was much bigger than I imagined. The host was super friendly and even got my cat some gifts. The neighborhood is very safe, and you can easily reach the Keio line, and with about 30 minutes, be in Shibuya or Shinjuku.

第二次入住，即使抵达的时间是晚上11点，房东也会准时招待你入住。房间宽敞整洁，位置也很好，距离反町站就3分钟，出行非常的便利。下次横滨旅游我会再选择这里。 2回目のチェックインは、到着時間が夜11時であっても、大家は時間通りに私を招待します。部屋は広くてきれいで、位置もよくて、反町駅から3分で、移動にとても便利です。次回の横浜旅行はまたここを選びます。

From the moment I arrived, Yuki and Emuri went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. Their home is beautifully designed/maintained...but it's their warmth, generosity, and kindness that truly set this experience apart. They anticipated every need, from helpful local tips to small gestures that made a huge difference during a very difficult personal time. When unexpected circumstances required their help with my luggage, they handled everything with grace and without hesitation. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs around the world, but I can honestly say I’ve never encountered hosts as genuinely compassionate and generous as Yuki and Emuri. Their hospitality left a lasting impression, and I will always remember the comfort and humanity they offered when it mattered most. If you have the opportunity to stay heredo not hesitate. This isn’t just a place to stay; it’s a place where you’ll feel at home.

Naoko-san was an absolutely phenomenal host. Always responded to questions promptly and helpfully. Gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants and activites, and even offered helpful tips on navigating around the nearby station. It is a ways outside the city of Tokyo , and felt like an excellent respite from the hustle, bustle, and commotion while we explored the city for our first time The apartment itself is cozy and organized perfectly to maximize the space and keep it from ever feeling cramped This was the best experience either I or my guests have ever had with an airbnb, and has become an absolute must to come back the next time we come back to Japan

Nice place, kinda far away from downtown Tokyo. But good location if you are looking between Narita airport and Tokyo. Nice host, very helpful.

We like the place since the bus stop is just in front. Shinjuku station is one bus and lots of areas accessible. Mostly locals around the area, less tourists.

Junko was a great host. She was able to accommodate my check in needs and always responded promptly. The Airbnb was spacious and just as described. There were snacks on arrival and the location was walkable to convenience stores. Would highly recommend staying here.

This place was very clean, had all the amenities, and very comfortable. The hosts were great! They were very responsive and always responded quickly! They were extremely accommodating and let us drop off our luggage before check-in. The location was ideal. Very central to everything! I would highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay! The location is excellent—just a couple of blocks from the train station, which is a huge plus if you're planning to explore Japan by train. It made getting around super convenient. The space itself was decent for four people—we had more than enough room for just the two of us. There are plenty of food and shopping options within a one-station distance (around 10 minutes), and it’s also close to popular spots like Akihabara and Asakusa. A couple of things to note: the check-in time is on the later side (5pm), which was a bit inconvenient for us. Also, some clearer instructions for using the microwave and washer/dryer would’ve been really helpful. Overall, a comfortable stay in a well-connected area!

Great location! Very close to Okubo station and shin okubo station! Many restaurants nearby and easy to walk to. My kids enjoyed having access to Netflix for nights we stayed in! Lots of space and rooms to relax after a full day of walking.

Worth the money. Beds were very comfortable, AC was great with humidity adjustment, and bathroom was super clean. The hosts were very nice and helpful. The place is little bit of walk from the station but it directly connects to the green line that goes to Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, so it's still convenient! 10/10 Will stay again

This home was perfect for my family. Our group of 8 fit comfortably during our stay. We loved that it was walking distance to everything & especially close to the train station. Would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Tokyo again!

Lin’s place was well situated, close to many restaurants and walkable to many areas of interests. Very short walk to two train lines at Shin-Okubo and Okubo. Many grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed the space and very nice for a family of 4. The area is very safe and we stayed out till late multiple times without any concern. The apartment is on three floors with no elevators for those that may have some challenges with climbing. Can’t recommend enough.

Das Haus war perfekt. Es entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Alles war sehr sauber und die Betten waren gemütlich. Für eine kleinere Gruppe war dieses Haus perfekt!

The stay was great in a great location. I stayed 6 weeks, it’s near shopping and groceries. Didn’t have to do much traveling. The nearest train station isn’t that far away. Good scenery and nice neighbors in a quiet neighborhood. Host is very communicative. Has good information.
