Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tokyo Bay

I used it for the first time. The place is very well organized and It was a very beautiful space. Large kitchens and fun I was able to cook. A terrace? A place like a BBQ, etc. I was very satisfied with what I was able to do. If you have a lot of access to the sauna, the temperature is It's down, but otherwise, there's no problem at all. I was able to make it right. The view is really good, so I lost track of time. I sat in a chair and fell in love with the view. It was good to stay. I'd love to stay again if I get the chance. We'd love to have you.

Wouw it couldn't be any better!! masa is such a nice guy and very welcoming! upon arriving we felt welcome, he explained everything and went his way. he had answers for every question we had and helped us to the best of his ability. upon arriving we gave him some Dutch gifts ( fridge magnet of a wooden shoe with tulips and a pack of stroopwafels) this shook him but he accepted it with a smile from ear to ear! the accommodation was clean and well taken care of, plenty of room for 2 people and really close to Ebara-machi station, which we used the most to get around. friendly people around Ota and the 7-11 around the corner is also very helpful! next time we are planning to stay longer! Domo arigato gozaimasu masa-san!

The interior was beautiful, and the best part was the BBQ while watching the sea view.I would like to stay again in the summer.

Unfortunately, I was unable to stay at Ume no inn this time, but the accommodation you introduced was also very wonderful. It's a waste for two people, and you can't enjoy it for one night! The weather was bad at night, but the next morning it was sunny and I was able to relax in the large garden until I checked out. It was nice to be able to dry the diving equipment.The stray cats came to visit and I was healed.🐱 This time, I want to visit Ume-no-juku again and play with the dogs and cats and chickens!

If you wish to experience Japanese countryside this is the spot. A beautiful traditional Japanese home with views of rice fields with many birds and if you’re lucky enough; tanuki! A walk or bike ride through the streets into town to everything you need for your stay. The host (sensei) exceeded our expectations showing us around town by bike, inviting us into his world and always checkin in making sure we’re okay. Truly so appreciative for this experience. A tranquil stay.

This is even better than I’ve expected. The location is literally 30s away from the beach. The house is meticulously clean and with all the amenities you could have imagined. It is very obvious that the owner of the house put a lot of thinking when they designed it, if you pay a bit attention you would easily notice how organized and easy to live the house is. I especially love the kitchen and bathroom, despite being a bit small, it has the complete list of functionality you would (and wouldn’t ) expect. They prepared salon-level dryer and shower spray, and the bathtub can reheat after the water gets cold….. honestly speaking the place is a bit far away from the station, but remember: it’s right next to the ocean, you can’t have it all. The host was probably the most responsive ones you’ll find on this app, they are always there to give you handy advices. Overall SUPER RECOMMEND!!!

I had a wonderful experience in a very open space!

i came here for our 3rd anniversary trip with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved this place!! we highly recommend it for its awesome location right next to a 7/11 for late night munchies and lots of other good bakeries and restaurants. it’s also a super short walk to the train station and it’s a quick trip to central tokyo via the express train. the place was spotless and beautiful. one of my favorite spots is in that little nook above the entrance that i’ll miss so much along with the massive windows. the hosts are super sweet and kind and made our stay till the very end extremely easy and enjoyable. my most memorable stay so far!

A very nice house in a beautiful place. In the mornings we were awakened by the birdsong. The house is clean, spotless, away from the central stations but the place is quiet and enjoyed resting. Every half hour BUS passes and the stop is just 3 min.We had a perfect stay at this house. I would 100% recommend this place. Thank you so much!

This was my second time staying at StayFab’s apartment in Shimokita and just like the first time we loved it. We appreciate the apartments proximity to the train station, shopping and restaurants. The apartment is an ideal size for a family traveling with kids. David is a great host and a great communicator.

Very spacious, very close to the subway station, very convenient.The house is fully equipped, the toiletries are also very complete, the host is very nice, can store luggage.

Gimmicky. I want to get that out of the way right now. This property is capitalizing off of having an onsen nearby with traditional looking Japanese bedding and decor. That's what got me, and it might be what's getting you...I would say that's probably not worth it. The place itself is fine. The bedding is fine, but in the end I chose this place over other cheaper options for the novelty, I feel I could have gotten a little bit better value elsewhere, but still overall happy with what I got and what I paid. I used the onsen once during my two week stay. I really like onsens, but this one is small, busy, and I just wasn't a fan. Service was awesome. He spoke great English, and helped me bring my heavy luggage up the stairs to my room. Overall, despite starting out critical here, this place is really nice and I like the quiet area next to nice walking paths. Lastly, I wish the place had a small dining table and chairs. You basically have to eat at a small low table on the floor.

Great place! Was in a good location just a few minutes away from Tokyo Tower and parks around the area to go and walk around! The front desk were soo friendly and always willing to answer questions. Definetly one of the best places we have stayed at!

Our stay at Mimiko’s was short but it was a great find. We came as a family of three with a 1.5 year old and it worked great for us even though it’s not advertised for children. The queen sized was perfect; all 3 of us fit comfortably and the toiletries in the shower smell amazing. I asked in advance about coffee and Mimiko went out of her way and provided drip coffee packs as well as coffee filters and a drip. I felt that was going above and beyond. Most places just provide what they provide but Mimiko went an extra step even for something so small. I also forgot my child’s sleep bag and she’s sending it to my home. Lifesaver!

Great place with a lot of amenities I didn’t expect. Very clean and comfortable, I would live here if I could!

Everything was easy and smooth with check in and check out. The beds were comfortable and the location was amazing - quiet but close to everything.

the location was very good, close to stations and convenience stores. The building had no elevator though.

Fantastic place and so close to the train station which we could use the Tokyo Metro Pass with! Lockers are available for luggage storage should guests arrive before check in time!

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

The apartment was great, the location was great, and Bryan was very flexible with all our needs! Definitely one of the best places to stay in Tokyo. We would definitely recommend his place to a family visiting Tokyo and looking for a comfortable stay!

Loved the place! Complete with everything; a big screen TV, washing mashine, nice toilet, big fridge. Everything is just nice and spacious, especially for a room in tokyo. Super close to Meguro station - only about 200m, which has the Yamanote Line. Would love to come back here again soon 🫰🏻

Great location. Super clean and comfortable. Responsive host and easy check in/out. Sho even left two beers in the fridge for my travel mate and I! Being that it is Japan, the place is a bit small. Perfect for solo travelers or a group of two. This wasn’t a deal breaker for us but just consider before bringing more people or large amounts of luggage. This place is great! Thank you, Sho!
