Overall, it was a great experience staying at Dash Living. Upon arrival, I noticed some damages to the unit and immediately reported them. I received a prompt response along with a sincere apology from the team.

Ted's place was awesome! It is right outside of all the major train tourist spots so it was easy to get back every night! We had so much room for 3 of us, we always lived to come back there every night, felt very hike feeling. Great location, great host and great experience. 5 stars!!!!

Very spacious, very close to the subway station, very convenient.The house is fully equipped, the toiletries are also very complete, the host is very nice, can store luggage.

A neat little gem with everything you need for your trip in Tokyo. If you like Roppongi neighborhood and the size of your party is between 1-2 +/- children , this is the perfect place to stay! A cozy patio was a plus to dine outside. The world traveler host is very responsive and accommodated all our needs. He even personally came over to help us fix the issues. Highly recommended!

A cozy 1-room apartment in a lovely and charming neighborhood. Many cute boutiques, and small but delicious restaurants, bakeries, patisseries, and wine bars. Quiet on weekdays, and lively on weekends. The express train to Shibuya station was convenient as promised.

Fantastic hotel-like apartment in the heart of Yokohama. Better than the photos! Super cool ambiance with LED light strips throughout. Feels brand new. Spotlessly clean. Perfect restroom setup with two separate showers, toilets, and sinks, all of which can be used simultaneously! Plenty of comfy beds. Huge living space for relaxing. Huge even for American cities! Incredible location steps from shopping, dining, and subway. Easily the best place we’ve stayed in our three trips to Japan over the years.

Very well equipped apartment! Was great for what we needed. Around 15 mins walking from major stations, but walkable to many restaurants and buses. Thanks for the recommendations for our trip too!

Very comfortable and quiet location. Apartment was great for our family, kitchen was very useful. Nice to have washing machine. Good air conditioner and controller to keep temp perfect. Very comfortable beds.

Ko and Yuko’s apartment is clean and stylish. With very warm and accommodating hosting, it made us relax in full and being able to rest well after day schedules. In addition, they are both very kind and nice. I felt so blessed to meet them over this trip as new and wonderful friends. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! I cannot say enough fantastic things about Rei and her place! It's located in Shibuya, my favorite part of Tokyo, but despite it being so near all the action as well as the train station, it's located in a walkable neighborhood that is very quiet. Great for sleeping. Wonderful restaurants are nearby, as well as a pharmacy , 7Eleven, and grocery store, and Rei's recommendations in her guide book are fantastic. She is the most thorough host I've ever stayed with... step by step photos accompanied her directions on how to get from Shibuya Station to her place as well as how to retrieve the key to get in. The beds were comfortable, it was impeccably clean, and Rei's communication was perfect. If I'm ever lucky enough to come back, I would absolutely stay with Rei again, and if I ever lived in Tokyo, this is the neighborhood I'd want to be in!

The apartment is very comfortable, clean, with a view of Tokyo's Sky tower, modern and great for a good stay, close to the subway, which connects you very well with the whole city. The host is very attentive to all needs. I highly recommend this airbnb.

If you’re looking for a quiet place in Shinjuku to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, this is your spot! My husband and I enjoyed the proximity of Shunki’s place to the Shin-Okubo station but also appreciated the tucked away feeling after a long day of walking through Tokyo. As are most rooms in Tokyo proper, it is small, but it worked for the two of us. We were able to navigate the space and still feel comfortable. I highly recommend this AirBnB! ありがとうございます for your hospitality!

Again we had a brilliant time at Akari san's apartment this year, Staying Akari san's place is one of highlight of our trip. The reason for this is not only the flat's location, size, layout and ease of use, I always feel at home. The rooms had been renovated and I could feel the story behind Akari's new design in many places. The linen textured walls and the kintsugi (gold-plated wood joinery) that connects the before and after renovation made it clear how much Akari cares about this room and the guests who stay here. The linen was clean and comfortable, and most importantly, every time she remembered that my daughter and I wanted to sleep in separate areas, and was thoughtful enough to set up a comfortable bed in the living room for us. The only drawback is that this room is too popular and it is difficult to book the expected number of days. This can't be helped, but we hope to be able to stay a little longer next year than we did this year.
