Great location @ Kinshicho, where you can find everything you need near by. Shopping malls, restaurants, game places, etc. Kinshicho station has 2 main JR - JO & JB line, you can even take JR directly no transfer from Narita Airport in 1.5 hrs. It also has Metro / subway line which is very convenient! Going Tokyo station & Akihabara station are only 10 mins JR. Hosts are super responsive and helpful. Don’t hesitate to reach them for any questions!

Definitely gonna refer them to all my clients.. very accommodating, even talked to us late night 11:30-12:30 midnight just to help us fix the fire alarm 🚨 my client mistakenly push.. Our stay at Sora’s place was truly enjoyable. The location is conveniently close to Oshiage Skytree Station and the iconic Skytree Tower, making it perfect for exploring the area. Sora and the hosting team were exceptionally accommodating and responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. We highly recommend this place and would gladly choose to stay here again during our next visit to Japan.

This place was well worth the stay, easy to get to train station, supermarkets, bus stops, and local shopping. Food around this place good. It was nice to be away for the day to come back to place that felt very homey. We used the kitchen to make daily breakfast before starting our days. I would highly recommend this place especially if you're traveling with kiddos. We had our four year-old with us. There was six of us traveling together. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own beds Would definitely stay there again if I were in the Japan area.

Our stay at サウナイン was exactly what we needed for a long Japan trip. Easily located in a quiet neighborhood one train stop from all the big areas, but peaceful and with an authentic local feeling. The sauna, cold plunge and bathtub were the perfect way to relax after so much walking and great for sore muscles and tired feet. Design is luxury but also clean and unique. Like having a Japanese bathhouse experience but in your own home! All amenities and designs were creative and thoughtful. Especially loved the robes, slippers and sauna scented oil. For the price you get a lot more space than you would in a typical Tokyo hotel, plus more storage and areas to relax. The washer and dryer are really good quality and a slept on amenity but a must if you’re trying to save luggage space to buy more stuff! Everything was easy and wonderful. Highly recommend!

Clean apartment, everything worked out. Only minus is that no shower and walls are quite thin, so you wake up for street noices in the morning. Wallace was very helpful host!

我们一家四口在这里住了八晚，房东夫妇亲自欢迎我们入住，给我们带来了礼物，为我们详细介绍了房内电器、设施的使用方法和注意事项，并且非常贴心地为我们同行的婴儿准备了婴儿纸巾、沐浴露、玩具等婴儿用品，二楼厨房的冰箱装满了水、饮料、酸奶等食品供我们免费使用。房屋保养得非常干净，通往二楼和三楼的台阶、厨房、房间打扫得一尘不染、无可挑剔。住所周边环境非常安静，居住氛围浓厚，与东京闹市区的人满为患形成鲜明对比，步行范围内有便利店、快餐店、餐厅、大型超市等各类餐饮设施。二楼的客厅厨房起居室为我们一家人提供了便利的生活空间，早上我们会在厨房一起吃早餐，吃完后开启一天的旅程，晚上返回住所后在客厅休息聊天。房东响应非常迅速，总能快速回复消息，更重要的是，她及时热心地帮助我们收集处理旅行期间的厨余垃圾和生活垃圾，去过日本的游客都知道这有多么重要！通往二楼和三楼的楼梯狭长陡峭（没办法，日本独栋建筑的通病），对于需要搬运大件行李上楼和腿脚不便的老年人来说会有点困难，但是楼梯加装了扶手确保上下台阶的安全。如果你想避开东京闹市区的人山人海，这里是非常适合一家人居住的选择。

I really enjoyed my stay here! The host is very kind and responsive, and the place itself is very well equipped. Everything is clean, the tatami bed was comfortable, and it is decently close to subways that get you to popular areas. There is a 7-11 and Lawson nearby, as well as a cute cafe (Kitasando Coffee) that’s perfect for making a quick stop to grab coffee or breakfast before you start the day!

If you wish to experience Japanese countryside this is the spot. A beautiful traditional Japanese home with views of rice fields with many birds and if you’re lucky enough; tanuki! A walk or bike ride through the streets into town to everything you need for your stay. The host (sensei) exceeded our expectations showing us around town by bike, inviting us into his world and always checkin in making sure we’re okay. Truly so appreciative for this experience. A tranquil stay.

This was one of the best AirBnB stays we’ve had. The place was beautiful, so clean, new and very comfortable. They thought of every small detail to make sure guests have everything they need and more to feel at home. The property definitely felt high-end and luxurious. Even the toiletries they provided were high quality! The host was extremely responsive and eager to ensure we were happy and comfortable. The location was excellent. A very enjoyable and fun 8 minute walk to the station which was very convenient and central. The way to the station was filled with lots of charming shops and restaurants and a very beautiful park. The area where the home is located is quiet but just a few blocks away theres a good amount of activity so it’s a perfect blend. We stayed there for over a month and every minute of our stay was a pleasure. We felt sad to leave this gorgeous gem. We hope to be back again!

Super clean, love that it’s in a residential area which brings so much peace. It’s walkable to many restaurants, 7-Eleven, Family Mart, massage parlor, and it’s a 20 min train ride to all the fun things in the city. We even took the train & bus to Disney. Truthfully, I don’t think 15-16 people could comfortably fit, 10 people is great. Host was very accommodating, clear with all instructions and friendly! Definitely would stay again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The 6 of us were very comfortable and we loved having two toilets. The water dispenser and the pocket wifi were amazing amenities - they were so useful and helpful! The Lawson and 7/11 nearby were also very convenient. Check-in was seamless and we were even able to drop off our luggages before the check-in time. We even had a chance to do late checkout! Thank you Kate and Suhyun for hosting us and for your responsiveness!

Our airbnb was almost perfect! Clean, modern and had all the amenities we needed including our baby essentials such as the baby high chair, bathtub, toys and importantly, water dispenser. Bed was comfy. Washer and dryer was useful to clean the kids soiled clothings. The presence of two toilets was convenient since we had 7 pax in one room.

The accommodation was great and perfectly located for travel to a bunch of different attractions in Tokyo. The place looked just like the pictures and perfectly fit our group! The managers were quick with their responses and helped ensure that our trip was the best possible. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great stay in a great area!

조용한 주택가에 위치 해 잇으며 가까운 지하철 역이 두군데나 잇고 가까운 위치에 편의점 이외에도 중형 대형 마트도 잇어서 4식구가 시내 관광후에 안전하고 쾌적하고 조용한 동네로 귀가하여 편안히 잘 쉬엇읍니다. 또한 화장실 (변기)이 두개여서 4인가족이 불편함이 없엇으며 사소한 질문에도 바로 바로 호스트가 답변해 주고 요청한 사항도 신속히 처리되엇읍니다(휴지통 비우기). 넉넉한 공간의 숙소를 찾던 저에게 너무 만족스러웟으며 지인들에게 추천하고 싶은 숙소입니다.

Kate, the co-host of the airbnb is very efficient in responding to our messages and request. Location is conveniently located few minutes away from the train station and 2 stops away from Shinjuku station which make travelling easy. The Lawson convenient store was just a minute away. There are two toilets in the apartment which is rare for Japanese houses as mostly only one bath and one toilet. The water dispenser in the apartment is a plus point that is so convenient to have hot or cold water anytime. The deco in the apartment is warm, cozy and look like newly furnished, it also very clean and well kept. The only downside is the toilet that together with the bath is very small and no bath curtain to block the water from wetting the toilet while bathing. The overall experience of this place was very pleasant.
