Convienently located close to a station in a great neighborhood! Plenty of restaurants nearby to eat at for every meal. Mimamo and Maya are amazing hosts! They helped whenever we had questions or needed recommendations and guidance.

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

Chika was great, puts great effort into the air bnb and really wants you to enjoy your time here. I would definitely recommend this air bnb to others and would come back here any time!

We had a perfect stay at this Airbnb in Japan! The place was very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. While the beds were a bit on the firmer side, everything else was fantastic. The location was incredibly convenient—just a short walk to a convenience store, the train station, and plenty of great food options. There’s also a supermarket and Daiso within walking distance. The house has a washer and dryer, which was super convenient, and there’s a dry cleaners right across the road that we used often. Check-in was smooth, and the host was quick to respond when we needed the details. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free and well-located stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Yoko's place. Close to both subway and train stations. Very safe neighborhood even as we walked home at 11pm thru the back alley. We had little issue with locating the address but it is due to us not being familiar with Japan. Yoko responded right away when I messaged her and it was a smooth sailing after that. We would definitely rent her place in the future.

Situated in a wonderful neighborhood, it's easy to get to Grandma's from anywhere in greater Tokyo. The flat is nestled in a sympathetic and walkable residential area, full of parks, shrines, temples and little shops; numerous stations on various train-, streetcar- and bus lines lie in all directions - so the location is superior. The house itself has been remodelled, preserving much of its original character. The modern bathroom is spacious, and enjoyable, the kitchen perfectly functional. The upstairs bedrooms are flooded with light at daytime, the beds good/quite firm. The main bedroom has a small balcony. By contrast the downstairs area (kitchen/living) area is by nature darker, day and night. The kitchen table has plastic chairs that are comfortable enough for eating and brief socialising, but the ground floor lacks the comfortable furniture and natural light that might beckon guests to linger and lounge. As a home base to sleep, the place is great.

I absolutely loved staying here. Makoto and Yuki made this stay so comfortable, they were very responsive, and gave me recommendations whenever I asked. This place is a bit outside of the tourist areas, so you can feel more local to Tokyo, rather than a tourist. Though, the tourists spots are only a short 15 minute walk away. There are many local shops and restaurants that are great, and there is a 24 hour 7-11 very close by (one minute walk). I absolutely loved staying here, and would recommend this place for anyone looking for an authentic Tokyo apartment experience. Thank you so much Makoto and Yuki for the lovely stay!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This was one of the best places at which we have stayed. It is newly constructed, spotless, spacious and in a very convenient location (a short walk to the train station and several restaurants!). The house is stocked with any amenity you think you would have needed. The rooms are spacious and bright. The hosts are extremely responsive and gave excellent recommendations for restaurants, activities and shopping. They were able to accommodate our elderly parents and newborn child. They even greeted us at our arrival. This stay really made our trip memorable and we would recommend this place to all of our friends and family.

Fantastic host and house. We had a great time at Tokyo and the location was convenient to a local train station (about 5min walk). There are food options and family mart nearby too. Tomohito also responded quickly to any queries we had prior to the trip. Thank you!

Really nice stay! The house is in a quiet neighborhood, there’s a park nearby, so you can hear the birds in the morning, super relaxing. Also it’s a concrete building, the soundproof is great. You don’t have to worry about footsteps bothering anyone, which is actually quite rare in Japan where lots of houses are made of wood. Two showers on the 1st floor and toilets on each floor, it’s really comfortable for groups. Would definitely recommend!

Great location, 5 min walk to Shinkoiwa station, 7/11 is 2 mins away, friendly and responsive host that also allowed us to check in early.

In all my travel experience, this is the best rental accommodation. I recommend it. Everything is very thoughtful, everything is with care for the guests. Comfortable beds, nice living room with plasma, fully equipped kitchen. Thank you!

The Ninja House did not disappoint. It has the unique decor as shown in the picture, plus all the creative touches are fun to discover. It is VERY spacious for a Japanese residence which was most welcome since we were there for nearly a week. We found it very liveable. It's about a five minute walking distance from Skytree. If you have a lot of luggage you might want to grab a cab when you first arrive. It's such a great location we were able to access another train station, Honjo Azumabashi Station, which we liked better than Skytree's Oshiage Station. We also were able to grab a charter bus, Tobu, to Disney from Skytree as well. There were plenty of places to eat in the neighborhood as well as in Skytree plus there was a 24 hour right around the corner. The only thing to keep in mind is that the stairs to the bedrooms are really steep and they could be an issue to someone older or with other physical challenges. I would highly recommend staying here to my friends but not my grandpare

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb near Shinjuku with our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and located in a peaceful neighborhood, ensuring restful nights after our daily adventures. The proximity to the train station made our travels around Tokyo incredibly convenient, and having a 7-Eleven just over the road was a lifesaver for quick snacks and essentials. Our host was incredibly attentive and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips that enhanced our stay. Their hospitality made us feel right at home.  We highly recommend this place to families seeking a comfortable and quiet retreat in the heart of Tokyo.

Masaki's house was super furnished, the kitchen had a small grill, and as a welcome she even put beer and ginger ale in the fridge for us. We were very happy about that after the long journey! The house was huge with beanbags and sofa, a nice dining table with good light, we felt very comfortable. Right by the house was a footpath to the park, without cars. The park has a lake and you can walk along the river. It was only 15 minutes to the pedestrian zone, with many restaurants and shops. We would book it again immediately. Til next time!

Honestly, it’s a perfect deal. House is exactly like in photos. Bright, clean, fully stacked with everything you need. Loved the first floor window to be opened and have late evening munchies while watching people pass by. And on top of it all- quiet, beautiful neighborhood to explore. Close to either Shimokitazawa or Shibuya. We’ll def book it again when we’re back.

Our family of 7 had a great time here. The home has everything we needed and the location was nice. Kyoko sent the most thorough instructions ahead of time which we appreciated so much because it made it easy to know what to expect and when we got to the front door getting in was a breeze. The bedrooms had nice clean sheets, fluffy pillows, and everyone in our group talked about how well they slept in the beds. We never really used the downstairs area because everything we needed was on the main floor but it was convenient to have a private space down there with a separate shower and toilet. I liked how easy it was to open the windows and doors to let the fresh air in and to step outside. The laundry was great, the appliances were all easy to use. It's a cozy home and it has everything you might need for a short stay while exploring the city. Plenty of hot water too and lots of places to plug in to charge phones etc. It's rare to find such a unique accommodation; recommend 100%.

Our host was more than prompt in replying. Did always help in whatever we asked for and also left toothbrush for us while we were staying. Great gesture!! ;) The place had everything you could possibly need and all the facilities were there, even though all the flats in the city were small. The kitchen had a lot of utensils including a microwave, stove, fridge, freezer, etc. Definitely recommending it!! :)

We had such a nice time staying at Jenny’s place, she was an excellent host and provided many good recommendations! Her place was also very cozy for our family of four and had everything we needed. As with most Japanese accommodations there’s not a ton of storage space but if you unpack neatly and use the closets in the hallway we found it easy to keep everything in order and out of the way including our carry on suitcases. If you are elderly or with small children keep in mind that this is two levels with bathroom and bedrooms upstairs and toilet and living/kitchen downstairs. The townhouse was very private as you are the only one in the building and the location is fantastic, easy to walk to various neighborhoods, shops and restaurants but also very close to a subway line and just one stop from Shibuya. Overall it was a very comfortable stay with comfy beds and plenty of pillows. We also cooked some meals there and found everything we needed in the kitchen.

Mirai’s airbnb is extremely pleasant and really convenient to get to anywhere in Tokyo. Me and my family loved being there for 3 days and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended Mirai’s wonderful accommodation. Thanks for hosting us.
