Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Todi

We loved our stay in Sara's rustic farmhouse cottage with its glorious views across the valley, little hill towns on the other side and a beautiful scenic drive across to Orvieto on one side (about 1 hour) and Todi on the other. The pool was heavenly. We only had swimming weather for the first week but we were in every day. When the mornings were cold, I also enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning sun, reading and drinking my coffee. The garden is also beautiful and very quiet. It was so peaceful here - and what a dream to have the pool to ourselves. Sara lives in the other half of the house with Simone, her partner, and Eugene, the dog - but we never saw them (they have their own entrance) except when they were cleaning the pool. The house is full of art and ceramics, some of which are Sara's own, and we even had lunch in Todi at Simone's restaurant. Yes, the road is rough, but so are all roads in Umbria. We have a mini and the road was not a problem.

We highly recommend staying here. The house is fantastic and the apartment in it allows you to feel the atmosphere of the town. We spent very pleasant moments in it. The terrace is definitely an asset of this place. Simona hosted us wonderfully, she was very nice and very helpful. The contact was always very smooth and pleasant, we felt very cared for. This was a really lovely airbnb stay. The home is on a tiny pedestrian square in a quiet town with beautiful views nearby of the surrounding countryside. A great perk to have the local swimming pool available to use on hot days.

It's idyllic. A short drive or walk from Paciano and you get to this peaceful spot that looks over the olive grove. It's a fantastic spot to unwind and relax. The terrace is a beautiful shaded spot to while away the hours. We would highly recommend to anybody looking for the ideal spot to switch off and hear nothing but birds, bullfrogs and the occasional donkey bray. The home itself is well appointed, perfect for a couple or those with one child. There is plenty of space and the flat contains everything you need. We loved it. A perfect week.

We felt like kings of the castle in Stefano and Sylvias’s place. Top of a hill with expansive views and always such a beautiful breeze. San Quirico was lovely as was Bagno Vignoni at the bottom of our hill. We could see the twinkling lights of Pienza and Montepulciano both of which were an easy drive away. Generosity in the way the villa was presented and our hosts’ welcome, with many wonderful local suggestions. Would highly recommend.

We cannot express how much we loved our stay at Saverio’s. It was absolutely PERFECT! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The home itself was beautiful in construction, clean, stylishly decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including little extras like fresh coffee, teas, local advertisements for restaurants, and also recommended the local grocery for toiletries or food items. Saverio’s home couldn’t be in a better location, tucked in a charming part of the countryside with views that will take your breath away and make you fall in love with this part of Italy. Even being out-of-town, you are close to everything. The town of Magione has a wonderful and friendly restaurant with fantastic pizza and entrees- I Cento Passi. Saverio, thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, we are grateful for the experience.

The apartment is very interesting as decoration, at the end of the old town with beautiful and peasful panorama. Everything is clean and tidy. Walking distance from the center, good restaurants in the vicinity. Host was very responsive and helpful with local advice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and fell in love with Assisi. Very helpful and responsive host. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. The illy coffee was a nice touch. Wish we had stayed longer in this charming place. We hope to visit again soon.

Wow, what a beautiful apartment this was. Nestled in the countryside by the Tuscany/Umbria border is this gorgeous farmhouse owned by Simona and Yens and what a find it was! The rolling hills are captivating and if you want to switch off, enjoy visiting beautiful villages, eat lovely food and really rest, this is the place to do it. We were welcomed by their two friendly dogs and received lots of tips about the local area from Yens on arrival. The apartment is spacious and serene. From spending evenings on the patio eating al fresco, watching the stars or having morning swims, we had a wonderful time and would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone and everyone seeking some peace and quiet. The farmhouse is remote but it's very easy to get anywhere by car and the drives are never dull with the countryside views. It's hard to put into words how relaxing this place is and so I suggest you book and find out, you won't regret it! Thank you so much Simona and Yens!

Great location, responsive hosts, lots to do in the heart of Assisi. What more can you ask for? Wonderful place to experience the deeply religious experience of St Francis' hometown!

House Uliviu was a great accommodation, spacious and clean. When we needed something, we were immediately helped. The location was ideal to visit the most beautiful sights, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... From the cottage, you have beautiful cycling and hiking routes. Supermarket in Marsciano nearby. What makes the house so attractive is the beautiful and large swimming pool with a beautiful view over the valley and hills. You will find complete peace here. We met the whole family, sympathetic and warm. Interesting also to listen to their stories. Tommaso's grandparents live on site, which is what an active grandmother says. This is Tuscany at its finest! Our stay at Casa Bonari was perfect. The villa inside was spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and wonderfully Italian. It was equipped with everything we needed. The exterior grounds were gorgeous and the views from the property in every direction were breathtaking. We made dinner and ate on the patio - it looked like a picture from a magazine. The villa is within easy walking distance of the charming Monticchiello which has a few excellent restaurants. We enjoyed strolling the picturesque streets and the incredible views of the countryside from the village. Our hostess, Valentina, was very gracious and helpful. We enjoyed meeting some of the friendly family members. They were so kind and left us with happy memories. We highly recommend Casa Bonari and hope to visit again.

We stayed at Valentina's for a week, it was a wonderful week. The landscaped park with the pool was a dream. The tastefully furnished apartment was private and protected from view. Everything was available. We received good support and information in advance and during the vacation. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible. The Minimetro in Perugia and the accessibility there can also be used by people who are not good on their feet.

What can I say, except that Beatrice and her husband deserve a 10 with honors. Fantastic location, they are very kind. Everything perfect. Try their aperitif, which is not just an aperitif but much more

Incredible trip. Paola and Michele were so friendly and welcoming. Always there to give advice and make sure you had everything you needed. The little converted hay barn was just beautiful and lovely. Location wise it just couldn’t be beaten. The garden was amazing and we ate outside morning and night, easy access to amazing Tuscany countryside and also a short trip on the train to Florence from Montevarchi. Loved every minute we were there and we were sorry to leave. Would highly recommend.

The apartment is in a brilliant location right in the centre of the city close to lots of bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the view was totally worth the 90 step climb. Laura was incredibly friendly and accommodating and would 100% recommend staying here to friends.

I have stayed at 50+ AirBnB and this was my all time favourite. Imagine staying within a castle, with an adjacent church, a great pool and the most fabolous views of the umbrian country side. Not to forget the best equipped kitchen and the best care taker Nazareno. And an actual fresco in the bedroom! Cant recommend this place enough.

the apartment is very large, equipped and clean. Romina is an excellent host. Recommended.

Marco’s place is away from the hustle and bustle of Siena very quietly comfortable and super clean. The view from the balcony alone is worth the night rate. Close to all the lovely sights in Val D’Orcia. In a very quaint town with locals who actually live here. Marco is very responsive and clearly explained everything to us. Must try the pizza at Pizza I’ll Vecchio…a hidden gem in Tuscany

Lovely apartment in a peaceful location. The house was very nice and well furnished. Martina (the host) has been very proactive in providing us all the necessary furnitures for the baby (baby seat and coat) and other info to check in and moving around the area. Recommended!
