Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Todi

This was a really lovely airbnb stay. The home is on a tiny pedestrian square in a quiet town with beautiful views nearby of the surrounding countryside. A great perk to have the local swimming pool available to use on hot days.

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! We felt like kings of the castle in Stefano and Sylvias’s place. Top of a hill with expansive views and always such a beautiful breeze. San Quirico was lovely as was Bagno Vignoni at the bottom of our hill. We could see the twinkling lights of Pienza and Montepulciano both of which were an easy drive away. Generosity in the way the villa was presented and our hosts’ welcome, with many wonderful local suggestions. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at Anna's for a night, her place is really spacious and cosy, nice surroundings and easy access to local stores. It brings you to local/countryside Italian view where you could not see in city. Also, Anna is a very friendly host. It's really a nice surprise with the view, price, the only thing is you'll most likely need a car to access here. Highly recommended overall.

The guard tower in the wall is a romantic Tuscan dream. The small town is tiny and calm. We had some trouble with Wi-Fi during our stay and never could really get it going for more than a few minutes but when we sent a message to Deb she immediately asked her IT person to review and offered us her restaurant location to work and connect. We decided this problem was a clear message to us to unplug and enjoy the serenity, and that’s exactly what we did. We ate at Deb’s Lounge, which was a great experience, especially because of the impeccable kindness and attention of Ousnane. He not only served us but gave us some excellent ideas for places to visit. The daily breakfast served by Laura, who was also very kind to us, was also really large and welcomed. We also took the suggestion of a guest review to visit the spa in Bagno Vignoni at Hotel Posta Marcucci and it was incredible and worth the money. We spent most of the day there and relaxed in the outdoor, indoor areas and massage.

Ilonka & Rob were wonderful hosts & the house was stellar. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - it was incredibly quiet & peaceful - away from the hustle & bustle yet close enough to enjoy several surrounding towns & villages as day trips or for evening dinners. Their home is charming, super clean, & stocked with everything we could possibly need. They even shared fresh fruits & vegetables from their personal garden which we incorporated into our meals when we cooked at home. We enjoyed some nice walks through the mountainside which offer beautiful views & solitude. (Thanks to our hosts for recommending!) We hope to be back when it is cooler - but we did enjoy the pool during the hot afternoons. Until then, we are grateful to have found this gem & for the kindness extended to us by Ilonka & Rob. They answered all our questions, provided helpful recommendations, & were generous with their time - available when needed & happy to socialize but always respecting guest privacy.

We loved Orvieto and Gianfranco's place! It was equipped with everything we needed and it was very clean and quaint! The location was amazing and the little balcony was perfect for sitting on in the evening with a glass of wine!

The apartment is very interesting as decoration, at the end of the old town with beautiful and peasful panorama. Everything is clean and tidy. Walking distance from the center, good restaurants in the vicinity. Host was very responsive and helpful with local advice.

The views are magical. The place is clean. Great communication by host. Close to many towns but a car is def recommended. The pool was refreshing after a day of exploring. Little playground was a nice addition for those traveling with kids. Olive oil made by owners was divine. We would love to come back.

A truly magical and unique stay in a castle apartment. After 24 days exploring the beauty of Italy, our arrival at Simone's third floor apartment in the village was breathtaking. This truly magnificent setting, nestled within a castle, immediately enveloped us in a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself is not only beautifully appointed and meticulously cared for, but also boasts spectacular views across the mountain range that invited us to sit for hours, simply unwinding and soaking in the tranquility. While we ventured down the mountain a few times, we found ourselves drawn to the gentle rhythm of morning and evening walks, always culminating in a visit to the piazza to once again marvel at the stunning views Simone, our host, is simply the most considerate and attentive host I have encountered in 15 years of travel. Staying in Paolo’s beautiful AirBnB was definitely a highlight of our vacation! The apartment was spotless and well equipped, but it was the rooftop terrace with its sublime views that made it extra special. We had coffee and local pastries there every morning, and a glass of wine there every evening! Though the apartment was beautiful, what made our stay the most memorable was the warmth and generosity of our host. Paolo not only went out of his way to pick us up at the train station in Foligno, he drove us all the way to Assisi for our departing train. In between he was always friendly and available to respond any questions or needs we had. We couldn’t have had a better five days in Spello. Thanks Paolo!

The apartment has everything you needed, both physically and mentally. It was a total pleasure and relief staying in Casa Teatro, especially in the middle of the travel in Italy. The apartment itself is a spotlight of Orvieto plus the location is within the walking distance to all the major sightseeing places and restaurants. Achim is a 5 star host that always there to help addressing your needs. Highly recommended! And I hope we will have chance to come back.

The picture of the sunset view from the balcony on the description attracted me, but I was wondering how much the expectation will be met. The actual view even surpassed the expectation. The stunning view is unforgettable. Everything in the house was tidy, cosy and lovely. The small town of Montepulciano was like something in a fairy tale, beautiful and peaceful.

Serena was very nice and approachable. He provided us with several useful directions for the stay and also offered us a small breakfast. the apartment is very nice, spacious and equipped. central location

This is Tuscany at its finest! Our stay at Casa Bonari was perfect. The villa inside was spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and wonderfully Italian. It was equipped with everything we needed. The exterior grounds were gorgeous and the views from the property in every direction were breathtaking. We made dinner and ate on the patio - it looked like a picture from a magazine. The villa is within easy walking distance of the charming Monticchiello which has a few excellent restaurants. We enjoyed strolling the picturesque streets and the incredible views of the countryside from the village. Our hostess, Valentina, was very gracious and helpful. We enjoyed meeting some of the friendly family members. They were so kind and left us with happy memories. We highly recommend Casa Bonari and hope to visit again.

Very nice apartment. On the one hand, in the historical center of Orvieto, on the other hand in a fairly quiet place. Perfectly located for walking in this beautiful town. Incredibly friendly owner, always in touch and very welcoming. I recommend this option for accommodation in Orvieto to everyone!

A beautiful Agro tourismo right in the lap of nature…very close to the picturesque Pienza town and with gorgeous views of Tuscany rolling hills all around the house.. Bianca’s father met us upon arrival and explained us all the details about the house, his farm, olive oil making and the background of the place.. They stay on the first floor of the house and Airbnb is on ground floor… The house was built in 1576 and it was one of its kind of experience to be staying in it… The house is quite spacious and very well decorated. We stayed here for 3 nights and did 2 day trips - 1 to Florence and other to Siena ( a must visit place with marvellous cathedral and piazza del campo ) and picture perfect Chianti region.. Having a car is absolutely necessary as the place is 8-10 km from Pienza and public transport is minimal… Regards, Sachin

Excellent location in the heart of Val d Orcia. Quiet beautiful restaurants/shops and supermarkets nearby too - free parking across street and very clean rooms. excellent place to stay

Together with my wife, we focused on Nicoletta's accommodation as a base to visit nearby Todi and then Orvieto. It turned out to be a good choice for the location, space and cleanliness, and we appreciated the nice welcome (even with both still and sparkling water in the fridge, and candies) from Nicoletta, after the precise contacts with Gabriela. Highly recommended accommodation.

Maria’s place was beautiful and exactly as described! It was bigger than expected and had a cute balcony we really enjoyed spending late afternoons relaxing! We had a great time in Montepulciano, it was relaxing and slow paced after a busy few weeks before ☺️ Maria provided local recommendations and was always responsive. If you’re thinking of booking here I highly recommend!

Manuela is a wonderful, polite and friendly host, and her holiday home is one of the most beautiful and romantic places we've ever stayed. Every space in the house is full of charm, and the terrace overlooking the paradise views is a place of calm and peace. We were lucky enough to wake up to birdsong and the singing of nuns in a local church. The whole town of Spello is beautiful, and the people are so friendly. Thank you so much to Manuela for being the best host we've ever had! I can't recommend this place enough.
