The annexe is very eco-friendly with solar electricity and ground source heating so your stay will be carbon neutral. It is close to great pubs and scenic places. The studio is self contained , private, light and airy with wonderful views over looking fields of open countryside. There is a large garden which you are welcome to use. There is plenty of space for parking and a lockable bike storage is provided. The Village has a post office which is adequately stocked for essentials if needed.

The Potting Shed

Our converted milking parlour in the heart of the York plain is a unique one bed, self contained tiny house! With access to York and the surrounding area, it is a perfect place for a weekend away or a longer stay for business, retreat, escape. There is a bus that runs from just outside to York. They do not run at the weekends during winter and never on a Sunday. There is a train station 3 miles away. Parking is available on the road. There is a shop 2 minutes away. No pets or children.

The Flat

This luxury loft style apartment has its own large indoor hot tub, pool table, 65"TV with sky UHD, Alexa with unlimited music, jukebox, super king bed and balcony with panoramic views of the valley. Whether you are staying for a special occasion, a weekend away, or one of the Piece Hall gigs, the flat gives you the best of both worlds- views over the valley while still being in the center of town. With bars, restaurants, and the retail district close by for supplies and some retail therapy.

Fig Tree Cottage

Off the main street in the small historic village of Linton-on-Ouse which lies close to the national trust property of Beningborugh Hall and within 30 mins drive of York, Harrogate, Knaresborough and Ripon. The area provides open countryside which is popular with cyclists and walkers. “Fig Tree Cottage” is a recently completed conversion project finished to a high modern standard providing quality accommodation. There are a couple of pubs and the Lock House Pub serves food and takeaways.

The Annex is a great space that we have recently converted into a modern, self-contained living area for two (plus maybe a little one). Initially, it was just meant for friends & family but we would love to share our mini-space with you. We are in a fantastic location & there may even be a fresh egg for you in the morning! Excellent road links to the A1(M) & 1.5m from the sought after village of Boston Spa. A vibrant high street & a fantastic selection of independent bars, cafes & shops.
