The place was very clean and comfortable. the kitchen is very well equipped, even for longer stays. The balcony is really nice with a great view. The surroundings are very peaceful and quiet. Erica is really friendly and helped was very flexible with the check in

A casa é espaçosa, bonita, bem decorada e tem tudo o que é preciso para uma estadia confortável. O jardim é muito agradável e rendeu uns bons serões a jogar cartas em família. A localidade é calma, mas perto de zonas bonitas para visitar (se forem de carro). Uma excelente escolha para uns dias de descanso, com a beleza do verde e do rio.

Fui recebido pelo David e foi muito prestável e simpático. Mostrou-se sempre pronto a ajudar se fosse preciso e mostrou o espaço e explicou o seu funcionamento.

le logement est très bien aménagé, tout est bien pensé, Netflix, petit pain le matin, nécessaire en cuisine, et jaccuzi très apprécié après une journée de randonnée. Belle piscine avec transats pour se détendre. je reviendrais

Fim de semana,... Fantástico! Superou as expectativas... Tranquilidade, natureza, diversão,... tudo perfeito, uma vista maravilhosa... A Casa Rústica tem tudo para "carregar as baterias" num fim de semana. As crianças adoraram... Recomendo, muito melhor que nas fotos. Casa de sonho, local de sonho..

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, accommodating three couples with ease. The location is a peaceful coastal suburb a short taxi ride from the centre of Porto, and the extensive balcony provides stunning views of the ocean, particularly at sunset. It is the perfect place to return to after a busy day sightseeing in the city. The taxi journey is quick and easy, and we were able to enjoy the many attractions of this beautiful city, alongside the more relaxing atmosphere of the many bars within walking distance of the apartment. The apartment is perfect for a group of friends to experience Porto.

Espaço com excelente condições, casa muito bonita e com espaços que permite ter privacidade dentro de um grupo grande. Espaço exterior muito agradável. Gostamos muito destes dias na quinta do Souto. Die Kommunikation war trotz Fremdsprache sehr einfach aber zielgerichtet, wir haben tolle Empfehlungen bekommen für Restaurants in der Nähe und die Umgebung war sehr einfach zu erreichen zu Fuß sowie mit dem Auto und die Aussicht war umwerfend. Es ist auf jeden Fall Empfehlenswert. Für tolle Spaziergänge oder auch nächtliche Abende, sehr geeignet zum entspannen oder auch für ein bisschen Action gab es für jedermann etwas. Im Großen und Ganzen sind wir sehr zufrieden und können uns nicht beschweren. Es war wunderschön.

It was the most wonderful experience. I had a great rest, everything is good in this place. Large well-kept territory, lots of activities for children (trampoline, swings, balls, rackets, veloiball net), bicycles for adults, swimming pool, sun loungers. Very quiet, calm, self-check-in. The house has everything you need, very cozy and thought out. It's 1000 out of 100. The only bad thing is that you want to come back here again and again, but all the dates are already booked :)

Fantastic stay at Ricardo's villa! Beautiful pool and villa setup in an incredibly secluded part of the countryside. We went as a group of eight in our late twenties - we didn't have a car so Ricardo organised a taxi for us to get around that was incredibly helpful, including to get down into the village to visit the INCREDIBLE Tasquinha do Tio Miguel! We will be back! Xxx

Was für ein schönes Stückchen Land und was ein netter Mensch. Wir wurden direkt herzlich von Luis empfangen und viel Offenheit begrüßt. Die Tage im Appartment waren zauberhaft ruhig und schön gelegen. Für jeden der mal ruhige Tage in Nord Portugal verbringen möchte perfekt. Vielen lieben Dank.

Beautiful family cottage in an area that is not so touristy, just outside the well kept town of Cinfaes. Accommodation is rustic but still with all amenities you could want, so it’s perfect. Paulo is very kind and responsive. No issues.

Luis’ place was excellent! There is a little park area with many great restaurants just around the corner. Luis offered many helpful recommendations. The place was spotless and had a great little balcony to sit out on. It’s close to most tourists spots if you are a walker. There are 2 flights of steps, in case that is an issue for you. Prachtige, bijzondere en historische plek. Klein schattig huisje, van alles voorzien. Af en toe druk met toeristen maar doordat je er slaapt heb je de bijzondere omgeving vaak ook weer helemaal voor jezelf! Wij hebben ervan genoten.

Our stay at Quinto De Gato was beautiful in every way, from the beautiful furnishings of the home, to the pool overlooking the vineyards, to the amazing sitting areas for good conversations together or just listening to the church bells toll &loved the well stocked kitchen, and walking down to the beautiful vineyards to watch the sun set. We are especially grateful for Marina, who greatly helped us out, without complaint, when our car got stuck. Our daughter’s boyfriend says it best: “Above and beyond does not properly describe what Marina and her team will do for their guests! One day here we planned a tour to some wineries. about 10 minutes into our drive, using incorrect directions from Google maps, (Use Waze instead!!), we found ourselves with a flat tire on a steep hill in a vineyard. We texted Marina/she responded immediately. Over the next day she managed to get the tools needed to get our car out. No small feat!Without her & her team, I'm not sure what we would’ve done!”

Maison fonctionnelle, agréable et spacieuse. Conforme à la description et aux photos. Hôte accueillant et réactif. Il n’y a aucun point négatif. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Vous pouvez louer cette maison sans hésitation. Si nous retournons au Portugal aucun doute que nous essayerons de relouer cette maison. Nous étions 8, 7 adultes et un enfant. La piscine est très agréable. Et les hôtes sont très accueillants. La bouteille de vin offerte à l’arrivée est un plus qui est très apprécié.

A casa era exatamente igual às fotografias. Desde o momento da reserva até ao check-out, a D. Adelaide foi uma excelente anfitriã, sempre disponível e atenciosa. As comodidades eram muito confortáveis e cada cantinho da casa surpreendeu pela positiva, com detalhes pensados ao pormenor para garantir o bem-estar e o conforto de todos. A receção feita pela D. Glória foi extremamente simpática e acolhedora, e o bolo de boas-vindas... estava simplesmente divinal! Sem dúvida, uma experiência para repetir.

Everything was great, we had a really nice and peaceful stay. There seems to be a quarry not far and it made some noise but not too much. And in the evening there was an event nearby with loud music that was a bit disturbing. I don’t know if it’s a regular thing.

Paulo was very welcoming & communicated at every stage from booking through to our stay & departure. He was not intrusive but always available if required. The place was immaculately clean, well stocked and very comfortable. He recommended several places of interest that were all worth visiting. The Toy Museum in Seia was a trip down memory lane and the Bread Museum was very interesting. Thank you Paulo for a great stay in Seia. We would highly recommend Paulo’s accommodation.

This place is memorable and unique! What a stunning estate, set high above the Douro River. The grounds, views, lemon trees, and historic buildings were all wonderful to see. We loved the resident goat and cat, and the beautiful scents of the flowers. The whole property has so much history and character. Aníbal was so helpful in many ways. Thanks for a once in a lifetime experience!
