La experiencia fue excelente. El departamento es moderno, cómodo y está equipado con todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable. Muy confortable. La ubicación es estratégica: cerca del centro histórico y de la colonia Roma. El barrio es seguro y se puede recorrer caminando sin problemas. A la vuelta hay un OXXO y la Arena México queda muy cerca. Sin duda, volvería.

My wife and I have stayed in many Airbnb's in many countries, and this airy serene retreat overlooking the most beautiful square in Mexico City is far and away our favorite. I've now stayed there twice and can't wait to go back. The neighborhood, Roma Norte, is one of the shadiest, most lively and most walkable anywhere we have traveled, filled with great art, restaurants, street food and people watching. We could live there tomorrow, and the Penthouse, with its view of the trees and fountain the square and its dreamy private rooftop, is the best possible place to stay. Highest possible recommendation.

¡Mónica es una host increíble! Muy accesible y atenta siempre a lo que necesitamos desde el primer día de nuestra estancia. Procura tener el departamento con todas las comodidades que necesitamos para sentirnos en casa, además de darnos excelentes recomendaciones de lugares a visitar cerca. Paty's place is a comfortable and charming apartment in the heart of Condesa. The location is ideal - a 12 minute walk to Chapultepec Park, short walks to plenty of restaurants, cafes, and ice cream parlors - and conveniently situated on a broad avenue that was surprisingly quiet. The living space was pleasant and spacious with a small balcony to enjoy coffee or have some fresh air. Paty was very responsive and provided helpful recommendations and instructions. We would stay here again on a future trip!

We really enjoyed this apartment with the incredible view. We love the neighborhood and found many great restaurants that were walkable or a short Uber away. We would stay at Laura’s place again and recommend to others.

Nos alojamos en el apartamento de Nemesio en la Condesa y fue una experiencia excelente. El piso es muy bonito, amplio, bien equipado y cómodo, con todas las facilidades que uno podría necesitar para una estancia agradable: cocina completa, espacios bien distribuidos y buena iluminación. La ubicación es inmejorable: en pleno corazón de la Condesa, un barrio encantador, seguro, con muchas opciones para pasear, comer y disfrutar de la ciudad a pie. Además, Nemesio fue un anfitrión excepcional: muy amable, disponible y atento en todo momento. Nos facilitó muchísimo las cosas, incluso cuando surgieron algunos imprevistos, y tuvo la amabilidad de permitirnos un late check-out, lo cual fue de gran ayuda. La comunicación con él fue siempre fluida, cordial y rápida. Totalmente recomendable, repetiríamos sin duda

Perfectly located if you want to be in the middle of the action in one of the busiest neighborhoods in CDMX. Lots to do within footsteps of the apt. The apartment was spotless, and well equipped for your typical stay. One thing of note is that you are on a busy street, and will have some noise noticeable in the apartment. I’m from New York and that is par for the course for me, but some might have trouble with it. The bed rooms are located towards the back of the apartment so I didn’t have any issues sleeping. This apartment is in a very lively neighborhood so you should spend as much time as you can outside enjoying it.

La ubicación, el alojamiento muy limpio, el edificio muy tranquilo, sin ruidos, muchos lugares a donde ir a comer que estan cerca, y la atención de Lina es de 5 estrellas, sin duda volveremos, mi familia estuvo muy contenta. Gracias Lina por tus atenciones.

Wonderful location and rooftop.

Simon was a great host. The Airbnb was as listed and the photos matched the pictures of the beautiful studio. It is in a great location in Condesa- right across from a park and walkable to many restaurants, cafes, and bars. Simon was very responsive and went out of his way to help me (my luggage was delayed and eventually got delivered with a metal cable around it. Simon FaceTimed me and helped me figure out how to break into it to get my things!). Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Mexico City.

Roberto was proactive, extremely helpful, responsive and helped to coordinate a taxi to and from the airport. He was even able to accommodate an earlier check-in and later check-out when our flights were delayed. The apartment was cozy, clean and the balcony with the hammock is a beautiful touch. Loved that there was 24-hour security. The place was exactly as described and located in a great neighborhood, not too far from everything that CDMX has to offer. I would definitely recommend staying here! We had such an amazing time. Thanks, Roberto!

Todo bien con el alojamiento de Vero. Una estadía fácil. Puede estar recomendada para estadías largas. Tiene todo lo que se necesita. Hay varias cosas cerca.

Muy buena eleccion para relajarse el fin de semana, Hace frio pero se soluciona . No tiene clima el departamento. Si quieres ya no salir de casa y pasarte la tarde encerrado trae tus insumos o tu comida de tu lugar favorito. No se si Uber eats llega, pero Didi Foods , no Lugar quito, privado y retirado de la ciudad. El departamento limpio, bonito y funcional.

Recomendadísimo!!!!. Angel y su esposa estuvieron al pendiente todo el tiempo, incluso llamando de ser necesario, no tardaban nada en responder, lo cual agradecemos muchísimo por qué nos dió más seguridad. Ubicado muy cercas del metro y del estadio GNP, fue Ideal para pasear e ir al estadio GNP sin gastar mucho en transporte (nos fuimos caminando) El lugar es bastante privado y seguro. Nos fuimos por la calle de la gasolinera, por el puente peatonal, así es más fácil llegar al estadio y está bastante transitado ;). El lugar es tal cual en las fotos, y te dan muchas amenidades y facilidades, no te va a faltar nada. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí. Solo a considerar: Está en un quinto piso, se sube por escaleras. No hay abanico, pero no tendrás calor, abriendo las ventanas tuvimos que hasta taparnos. Fue una muy grata experiencia, y no tuvimos ningún problema, definitivamente no dudes en elegir este lugar.

El lugar estuvo muy bien, tal y como en las fotos, al momento de ingresar y salir todo muy bien, las indicaciones claras, Mónica siempre al pendiente, y nos ayudo bastante, siempre estaba al pendiente de si ocupábamos algo, recomiendo totalmente el lugar
