The house is close to nature and forest and only about 300 meters from Gudenåen. The house consists of kitchen/living room with wood-burning stove, 2 bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom from 2023 with sauna. In the living room there is a sofa bed that sleeps 2. In addition, a cozy annex with a two-and-a-half man bed. The house is 200 meters from the beach and is located just behind Molskroen and Molskroen's popular icehouse. The house is on a nice road with alley trees in quiet surroundings. Fantastic enclosed garden. Close to Ebeltoft town and harbor.

Cottage close to cozy town, harbor and beach

Smaller cottage with lovely living room, kitchen and 5 beds. Located at Hou in North Jutland. There is a short distance to the beach and marina with two good playgrounds. The city has a restaurant, pizzaria, ice cream house and a good Brugs. The cottage is equipped with most things for a good holiday, including board games and some toys. There is a fire pit and pizza oven, and a trampoline is set up for children. The house is located in a scenic area with good opportunities to find amber and watch birds (ornithology).

Cozy A house by Sminge lake with sauna.

Relax in a cozy and quiet setting. Fun A house with wood-burning stove, Sauna in the garden and cold water bath. There is also access to Sminge Sø, Gudenåen and the Bird Tower. Almost right next to Svostrup Kro. A nice walk along Gudenåen. Pets are allowed. We have a dog ourselves, so the grounds are fenced. In addition, we have a small boat by the lake where you can sail a little down by Gudenåen and fish. Smoking inside is not allowed. There is coffee and tea in the house as well as wood for the sauna.
