Literally the best airbnb I stayed at so far! Rome was my last destination in my 3 week Italy trip, and my mom and I were exhausted when we got to Rome. The walk from the Termini station to Guido’s place was only about 5 minutes, and Guido was outside to greet us. When we got to the room, we were so surprised to see that the room was spotless (mind you that my mom and I are pretty picky about cleanliness). We were so well-rested the night we got to Guido’s place that it felt like a fresh start. The location is amazing. You can get to anywhere without a problem since you are so close to the station. The terrace is beautiful, and you can see the sunrise every morning. There IS an elevator. The AC worked perfectly (Rome is extremely hot in the summer, so this is a must). Also, Guido was such a fun and helpful host, I really couldn’t ask for more. There isn’t a single reason not to stay at Guido’s place, and I hope to come back as well!

Abbiamo alloggiato presso l'appartamento di Federica per due notti. Ospitalità impeccabile, pulizia degli ambienti, stanze grandi e comode, bagno funzionale, zona cucina accessoriata, centro storico a due passi. i consigli dell'host sono stati utilissimi per goderci il weekend nella bella Tivoli e per raggiungere Roma lontani dal caos della Capitale. Se dovessimo ritornare in zona proveremmo certamente ad alloggiare di nuovo presso Domus Mia! Carmine, Noemi e Gaia.

布局合理细节：房间的空间规划动线清晰，功能区划分明确，我们两人入住很宽敞，即使我们行李多也不觉得拥挤。家具摆放恰到好处，既充分利用了空间，又保证了走动方便。 管家沟通效率这点必须重点表扬！管家简直是“秒回”典范，我们的疑问管家几乎总是在**10分钟之内**就给出清晰、有用的答复。提升了我们的入住体验。 对于带着大小行李箱的游客来说，有电梯绝对是个巨大的加分项！尤其是在罗马这样充满石板路的城市，游玩一天后能轻松把行李运回房间。 选择住在这里（斗兽场附近）是我们此行最明智的决定之一！只需轻松步行几分钟就能到达宏伟的斗兽场。夕阳的金光洒在古老的石墙上，那种震撼感难以言表，晚上亮灯后的夜景也别有风情。 家门口几步路就有公交站，这为我们的行程规划提供了极大的灵活性。特别是有两晚安排在罗马，早上可以悠闲地睡醒，在附近享受个地道早餐，然后从容地坐上公交车出发，就能直达市中心的其他核心景点（比如万神殿、纳沃纳广场、西班牙台阶）等。

Un’esperienza unica! L’appartamento è semplicemente meraviglioso: pulitissimo, accogliente e attrezzato con tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno — e anche di più. La cura con cui Luca ha preparato ogni dettaglio è davvero unica. Abbiamo trovato una vasta scelta per la colazione, spazzolino e dentifricio in caso di dimenticanze, e persino due cavi multi-uscita per ricaricare qualsiasi dispositivo. Un’attenzione che fa la differenza: le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano non solo puliti, ma anche profumatissimi, cosa per nulla scontata! Per non parlare della vista sul lago di Nemi: semplicemente incantevole. Un panorama che da solo vale il soggiorno, perfetto per rilassarsi e staccare dal caos della città. Infine, Luca è stato un host eccezionale: disponibilissimo, attento e generoso di consigli preziosi che ci hanno permesso di scoprire il meglio della zona. Una vera guida turistica! Consigliatissimo. Si percepisce chiaramente quanta passione ci sia dietro: torneremo sicuramente!

La experiencia en TT House ha sido sobresaliente. Se adaptaron a la hora tardía de nuestra llegada y nos recibieron amablemente. Las indicaciones de acceso fueron muy claras y la localización si vas en coche es buena, aunque también es recomendable si usas transporte público. El apartamento estaba impecable, con todo tipo de detalles. La climatización funciona bien y todo estaba en buen estado. Repetiremos seguro

This place was absolutely beautiful we were made to feel right at home. We had great links to the metro to pop into the centre of Rome with ease or to connect to other stations to go further afield. The flat is beautiful, the sunset every night was magical. It was great to have a place to get away from some of the crowds in Rome and then venture in when we were up for it. Andrea was probably the best host we have had, super attentive, was open to give really helpful recommendations and invite us to local events, and he filled the stay with bonus things like all of the stuff you need to make a pasta dinner on your arrival and some local prosecco it was just the best. Highly recommend, would be lucky to go back ourselves!

El apartamento es tal cuál se muestra en la publicación. Es muy amplio y super bien decorado. Tiene todo lo necesario para tener una muy buena estancia. Walking distance de muchísimos bares y restaurantes del hermoso barrio de Trastevere. Tiene un supermarket, bancos y parada de taxis a 5 minutos. Altamente recomendable. Volveremos si visitamos nuevamente Roma.

Der Aufenthalt bei Silvia wirklich schön! Die Wohnung ist klein und unfassbar gemütlich. Sie verfügt über alles was man braucht, sogar eine Klimaanlage. Die Lage ist super, der Stadtteil ist nicht nur sehr beliebt unter den Römern, sondern sehr zentral und perfekt gelegen für einen Citytrip zu zweit oder alleine. Die Straße geht von einer Hauptstaße ab, dennoch sind Straße und Wohnung sehr ruhig. Ebenso befinden sich dort sehr schöne kleine Restaurants. Silvia reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachrichten mit Tipps und Hinweisen - vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

We absolutely loved staying at Lucia’s home. It was everything we wanted. Close to all the major landmarks, beautiful home in a great neighborhood.. Lucia was an amazing host. She was full of knowledge and gave us great guidance. We will definitely come back here again.

Monica and Andrea, you must be very rich to have a house with so beautiful views of the sea! We enjoyed the day there. It’s so stunning from the balcony. We watch the sunset from the sea. It was amazing. Thanks for your help with the keys. Hope we will see you again.

Paola was a dream to work with and the place was sparkling beautiful. It felt like we were VIP’s. She met with us and greeted us kindly. We really enjoyed the place. It felt like a luxury resort more than an AirBNB. Paola is very friendly and is generous in many ways. We will book here again!

We arrived in Rome and our driver easily found the apartment. We loved the immediate neighborhood and Trastevere as a whole. Great restaurants nearby, especially right downstairs, and close enough to Rome’s attractions without being in the center of all the tourists. We had great communication with the hosts though we didn’t have any problems. Would definitely go back.

E' stato un soggiorno confortevole l'appartamento e' dotato di tutto e Sara disponibile e presente. Abbiamo solo creato un disguido chiudendo la porta d'ingresso sbadatamente e lasciando le chiavi all'interno.. non era più possibile rientrare ci dispiace

We enjoyed our stay at Simona’s place! She was very helpful in navigating the bus system from the airport to her house. The A/C in the bedroom worked great. The bed was on the firmer side. She provided us with everything we needed. We walked about 15 minutes across the river to find supper and felt safe.

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2025.The location is central to everything and lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The large outdoor patio was a great spot to rest and relax at the end of a busy walking day. The beds were comfortable. Apartment was clean. The hosts were very flexible in allowing us to store our luggage a few hours before check in time. We would definitely stay here again should we visit Rome !

Ottimo appartamento moderno e rifinito con tutte le comodita'. Un grande balcone, cucina completa, letto molto confortevole, ed una zona centrale ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa in una strada residenziale con buone possibilita' di parcheggio libero, che a Roma e' abbastanza raro. Da ex residente di Roma, questo appartamento e' un compromesso ideale come posizione ed efficenza, sembra di stare a casa.

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.

Gabriela was a fantastic host- incredible communication and couldn’t have been more helpful. The apartment was wonderful and looked just like the photos. Would definitely stay here again!
