Dogs welcome, 30lbs and under allowed with some breed restrictions. BEFORE BOOKING, you MUST inquire about your pet to make sure it is okay. This is a 2 guest unit. Sorry, no cats.

I have been staying at Mel's place several times/year for 4 years now and I am sure that once you stay there you will be coming back again and again. It has that home away from home feeling--clean and comfortable with kind and trustworthy people. You can be also confident that whatever situation comes up Mel has city info to make your life easier. And then there's the wonderful food to start your day off with--they are such great cooks! Truly a one of a kind Airbnb and you are lucky enough to be visiting West Lafayette and able to try them out. Don't hesitate to book your stay!

Ed is a very friendly host. He helped us on arrival but then stayed out of our way for the rest of our visit. This place is not right downtown so if you are coming for activities at Purdue, plan to drive. As clearly stated in his description, Ed rents 2 rooms in his home so guests share a bathroom with other guests during their stay. Everything was very clean when we arrived but obviously only stays as clean as all the users maintain it. The only tricky thing for us was navigating the lockbox/key to get in and out (v. an electronic keypad). It functioned fine but just made coming and going with hands full a little clumsy. This location is in the original spirit of Airbnb where one is a guest in someone’s home where they live. It is so nice that some of these arrangements still exist. We were very grateful to have a place to stay during busy graduation weekend and Ed’s place is VERY fairly priced.

I very much enjoyed being in the area for Memorial weekend staying at this gem od a place. Definitely feel like I lucked out after having a stressful week getting my trailer inspected from water damage. I was able to get the rest I needed and my 6 month old puppy really enjoyed their puppies and the home as well!

I absolutely loved my stay a Kaylas! She was very nice, the cats that popped in briefly were adorable and my son went crazy for the little kitties! The room was so cute, well decorated, warm and inviting! There were chargers in case you forgot yours (I ended up leaving mine so now there’s even more 😅). The access to the room was easy to find and all around a fantastic stay for such a great price!! Thanks so much Kayla!!

Mark's place is better than the pictures! It's like staying in an amazing Purdue museum. So much to look at and admire. Beds were comfy and the place had everything we needed. So close to the campus, too! I look forward to staying there again.
