Great stay! the home was clean and comfortable and exactly as described. Very dog and family friendly! Donna was very responsive and kind. We had a great trip and appreciated having a convenient, clean place to come back to every day.

We made a one night pit stop at Kevin’s beautiful home on our way to Niagara Falls. The house is located in a very scenic area and we were glad that we picked this place for our stay. Kevin was always quick to respond and gave us great recommendations to soak in the beauty of the neighborhood. We definitely hope to return again for a longer stay next time!

This is a beautiful home in a secluded, gorgeous location, exactly what we were hoping for. Even then, we were able to easily order in when we didn't want to go out and get to Ithaca for additional activities. The only thing I would say is that the basement is not finished (stated clearly) and for our little ones, I would have felt better having it locked for safety. Overall, our stay was very smooth and very comfortable.

Shannan is a wonderful host who is kind and responsive. The house is cozy and comfortable and the yard hosts an impressive number of regular animal visitors which we found endlessly entertaining. A lovely and peaceful retreat.

Penney was a great host and communicator! I would recommend this cozy spot! It was a peaceful, quaint place for my husband, baby and myself to rest amidst the busyness of travel and visiting family. It felt very familiar and comfortable, with plenty of space to stretch out and relax and a beautiful outdoor space we’d have utilized if weather had been nicer on our trip. We found it accurately described and pictured and adequately stocked. It was very appreciated to have access to laundry. And everything was kept clean. Some things were “outdated” for lack of better wording, but all in great condition and the antiques around the house added to the familiar and warm feel of the home. We would definitely book this place again if we needed to in the future!

If you are a nature-lover and like privacy, this is the place for you. We saw deer everyday and walked on trails with beautiful views. Bobbi was always available and kept us informed. We were so close to the state parks and finger lakes, as well as, places to eat. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay again. Thanks Bobbi!

Annie’s house tops the list of one of the best and nicest AirBNB‘s we’ve ever stayed at. It looks just like the pictures, was clean, comfortable. It seemed that every need was thought of. There were paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, bath towels,, sheets, Beach towels for the pool and hot tub, coffee, chargers for our phones. Initially, we were concerned about the house being right on the road, because of having our young grandchildren there, but it wasn’t a problem. The beautifully landscaped yard and deck were perfect. This house was perfect for our family. We spent several days hanging out at the house enjoying the hot tub, pool, fire pits and live music (we could hear from our deck coming from Two Goats brewery). The house is close to Watkins Glen Gorge, restaurants, go karts, mini golf, Walmart. 30 minute drive to Corning Glass Museum and Ithaca. The house is beautifully appointed and had so many extra special things that the host thought of.

Abra was responsive, helpful and gracious. She left some complementary snacks which our son devoured. Everything was clean and as described. It was a peaceful get away for our small family and Golden Retriever.

This home was absolutely perfect! Nestled in the forest of Binghamton, New York, it felt like a peaceful retreat while still offering all the modern comforts. The design of the house is stunning-clean, stylish, and thoughtfully laid out. Huge windows let in tons of natural light and beautiful views of the surrounding trees. Everything was spotless and well-equipped, from the cozy bedrooms to the sleek kitchen. It was the perfect mix of luxury and nature. What truly made our stay special was the kindness and responsiveness of the host. Salamon was incredibly welcoming and communicated everything clearly from start to finish, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. You can tell he really cares about his guests. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our next visit. Highly recommend!

Wonderful home surrounded by a beautiful area! We felt right at home with plenty of space for all. Pool, hot tub, pickleball, and playground kept us busy when not checking out Watkins Glen. We definitely could’ve stayed longer to explore more! Highly recommend!

This was our first AirBNB experience, and JoAnn explained everything, answered all our questions, and was quick to stay in touch and help with whatever was needed. The house and property are gorgeous! It was perfect for our family vacation. The house is well-equipped and spacious, with a huge, lovely porch. If you're visiting the Sayre/Elmira area, we can highly recommend this beautiful home.

This was our second time now staying at Sherrys beautiful cabin. We love it here and we can’t wait to come back again soon. We are making this a tradition in our family coming to this amazing property. We had the most peaceful and wonderful weekend here and our dogs absolutely loved being off leash, exploring 200 private acres of land and swimming in the gorgeous pond. Deborah provides a clean, cozy and comfortable home base for exploring the area. Safe location right next door to the police station. A simple array of amenities and tastefully decorated. A great weekend getaway that’s truly pet-friendly is much appreciated.

our stay was cut short due to illness but John was very friendly and interactive. He even bought us bathroom items, shampoos, conditioner and body wash which was more than expected. we always bring our own but it was thoughtful. Coffee and all of the necessary amenities. it was very quiet except the nature made sounds. He did a great job renovating a little cottage I once stayed in over 30 years ago. Thank you for the stay.

My husband and I were looking for a place so we could relax and unwind, this was the stay! Ken's place is great! If you love peace and nature.. This is for you. We went hiking right in his yard, for hours. There are also so many beautiful parks in the area, everyone in town is nice. Just a beautiful place. The night sky is amazing.. so many shooting stars. Ken was a great host. Ken is always in touch and very responsive when needed. I cant wait to stay again, my husband, dog and I loved it and cant wait to go bag again. Ken, thank you for being a wonderful host and a good person.

We stayed at Jennifer's place for Cornell University graduation. The beautiful home was absolutely perfect for our extended family. It was a wonderful place for us to relax between grad events. The spacious family room/eat in kitchen was a comfortable place to gather. The finished lower level provided extra entertainment for our younger guests. There were plenty of separate spaces to have some quiet time. We were able to eat meals together in the well stocked kitchen without scrambling for reservations. Jennifer went way above and beyond with detailed instructions and generous, welcoming touches. The weekend was cold and rainy so we could only admire the roomy deck and beautiful fenced in yard. I can't recommend this home enough.

I had a wonderful last-minute booking to Hannah Rae’s cabin in a farm. It’s a real gem for a place to visit near Ithaca. I felt so relaxing and grateful to be surrounded by her beautiful farmland, friendly turkey, chickens, lil sheep, and her other babies. The cabin itself is also well-equipped with all amenities listed and needed for a staycation there.

Michelle was very responsive and we felt right at home! The location was fantastic and so convenient to CU and downtown. A wonderful weekend with family, pups and my student!

We had a lovely and very comfortable stay at Lindsey’s place! She was a great communicator throughout the booking and our stay. We loved her home - it was an easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go in Ithaca and so comfortable for both of us and our dog. The property was a nice bonus - made for good morning walks with our dog. Lindsey also gave great recommendations for things in the area. She made it feel like we were staying at a friends home. I would definitely go back.
