Lake house holiday rentals in Tims Ford Lake

Emily and Randy's lake house is upscale, peaceful and in a great location. Access to the lake and pool are literally right outside your door and the town square, which has several nice restaurants, is a mile down the road. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Leigh was amazing! The home was beautiful and she was so communicative and sweet. We will absolutely be back!

Kelly’s home was just as described and we had a wonderful vacation. She was even kind enough to send us recommendations for breakfast, dinner and even dessert! We would definitely stay again!

My kids and I went for the weekend and honestly wished we had a couple days longer to stay. The house was welcoming and the host made sure to leave lights on and doors open for us to get in with ease. Randy was extremely easy to work with. The lake was nice and the boat rental process was quite convenient…there was even a tube for a fantastic tubing experience! I’d recommend staying here!

We loved our stay! Beautiful, peaceful, and homey. Not too far out of the way. We loved the nice pool table and sitting at the dock. Sara was a great host and always quick to respond!

We had ten guests at the lake house, plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The lake in the back is beautiful and peaceful!

Mathew’s place was perfect for our stay for my grandfather’s 83rd birthday. The house is so comfortable and has everything you could ever need. The back porch was a favorite spot for morning coffee and evening drinks. Everything was perfect!

This home was beautiful and comfortable. Perfectly fitted with everything you need and more! The greened in back porch was heaven. The only tiny thing- I wish I had read closer bc while the house was on the lake, you don’t have direct access to walk to the water from the yard as I originally thought. By no means did it ruin the stay, that would have just made it absolutely perfect. Wonderful house, very easy to deal with and helpful owner, definitely recommend!!

This place was perfect!! We had a bass tournament and we had 6 boats. Plenty of room for truck and trailers. This house was Awesome. Ryan was Amazing very responsive and helped with Everything I needed. We had a Great time here and will be back ..

We had an amazing stay at Trina’s Airbnb! My friends and I originally planned to attend Bonnaroo for the first time and unfortunately it was cancelled, which was a huge bummer. Everyone was feeling down and doubtful that we would enjoy the remainder of our stay, but we were very wrong. Although we strayed from our original plans, this Airbnb and the area we were staying in made this trip completely worth it! I don’t have one complaint and would book again in a heartbeat.

This lakehouse was incredible! The waterfront view was spectacular. The accommodations went above and beyond our expectations. The house was exceptionally clean. The host gave us access to all the lake toys, the dock and fire pit! We really enjoyed having our coffee out on the swing each morning.

Our stay at Tekesha’s home was nothing short of lovely! We all were very comfortable and enjoyed our time thoroughly. The home is very spacious and clean, perfect for a small group to stay at. I would book with her again any day!

This was our second time staying at this particular property. It is so well maintained, clean, comfortable, and the hosts are very quick to respond when questions or issues arise. Would certainly give my highest recommendation and I know we will be coming back again!

VERY Nice house, with a flat lot on Tims Ford Lake, no stairs to the water! The house was very upscale and won't disappoint you compared to the photos. Very nice beds, tv's in all bedrooms, big spaces for a small home. Back porch, hot tub, and privacy all stood out as fantastic. The house is a few streets away from downtown Winchester which has a theater, restaurants, coffee shops, all you need! I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home with high end finishes. Lots of space for all to sleep, hang out, play games, etc. One bedroom is open to the stairs that leads to the room with 6 beds so that bedroom has little privacy. (They did provide a foldable screen.) Industrial kitchen made meal times a cinch. We had 15 in our group and there were plenty of beds for everyone.

We had an awesome stay with plenty of room and beds for everyone. Beautiful, clean, comfortable and homey place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed the games and the golf cart. I would definitely stay again!

Natalie was so nice! We were so grateful to get to celebrate my mom’s 50th birthday at this cool lake getaway. We appreciated the flexible check in time and all the local recommendations. The use of the boat dock and private ramp was huge for us as we love to be on the water. We hope to come back someday!
