Everything is fine! The location is absolutely excellent!

Alin and Oanna are super friendly and accommodating. The apartment is beautifully furnished and the kitchen very well equipped. Being able to rent the bikes is super convenient for quickly exploring Timisoara. For me personally, the noise of the cars at 7:00 in the morning in front of the window was too loud. Although it is a 30 zone, it is apparently a very popular shortcut. Unfortunately, the speed bumps are no longer completely continuous and therefore no consideration is given to them.

We loved Ion’s place. Perfect location to visit our family round the corner. We enjoyed walking 15 mins to the tram stops to get to or from Libertați Square, (and Victory and Union Squares) and enjoyed a 15-20 minute walk to the Iulius Town mall and gardens for great food court and huge shopping options. Very safe feeling neighbourhood. Plenty of friendly locals. Handy fruit and veg shop opposite the end of Strada Liniștei. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this great apartment.

Out of all our travel experiences, these were probably the best apartments we've stayed in. Stylish design, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully equipped — dishwasher, two coffee makers, kettle, microwave, all the necessary utensils, plus tea, coffee, sugar, spices, and oil. The apartment was spotless and cozy. Self check-in was easy, parking was free. Wi-Fi and cable TV worked perfectly. We didn’t need the car — most historical sites and parks were within walking distance. We even walked to the shopping mall a couple of times. But what made the stay truly special were the hosts! Alexandra and Roxana were incredibly kind, always in touch, and ready to help. Thank you very much! We felt completely at home in Timișoara. It was amaizing!

Our second stay at Nicusor’s place has been great as well. To be honest, we were looking forward to it because we knew what to expect: a clean, modern place, with everything you need: nice bathroom with a tub, comfy couch and bed, TVs in both rooms, and a nicely equipped kitchen. Very nice place to stay in if you want to, but close to the city center if you choose to go out.

The accommodation is like in the pictures and has a very atmospheric gazebo, it was clean, and a bonus for lovers of animals the very cute cat in the yard.

Everything went very smoothly. I totally recommend

Excellent place to stay and a wonderful host. A cozy villa, with a small garden. We felt at home from the first moment. Attention to every details in the house, perfectly clean and new. Razvan, our host-very discrete, always available, helpful, with an excellent attitude, warm, practical and polite. The propriety is pet friendly-a huge plus for us. A mega accommodation! Clean, tidy and everything you need was there! Coffee, flour, salt, rinse and detergent, hygiene items, two parking spaces, a barrier with remote control! We felt very comfortable and would book this place again at any time! Great communication. The apartment is easy to reach, the parking space right outside the door! The elevator just behind and the front door of the apartment right next to the elevator! All in all just mega for the price! Claudi...we will be back :)

Perfect stay for wind down and relax

Good value apartment in a nice area close to the lovely river walk and just a 15 min walk from the city or a quick Uber. There is a large supermarket just across the road. Apartment is well set up for long stays with everything you need and a comfortable desk for working.

Comfortable, well-equipped and well-equipped apartment. Only bimole is in half basement, so no view and no light. I recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our five-week stay at this cozy and lovely studio. Its location also allowed us to enjoy all the services and attractions that the city center can offer them. Good service and communication with the owner and Mrs. Dorina. A big thank you! We'll go back without hesitation! We recommend it!
