The accommodation is like in the pictures and has a very atmospheric gazebo, it was clean, and a bonus for lovers of animals the very cute cat in the yard.

We did really enjoy our stay even if it was just one night. It’s perfect place if you travel with a pet and EV. I would have stayed longer to enjoy the pool but maybe next time. Host was very helpful and allowed us to change a car at 11kWh station on premises.

Really good location equipped with everything you need and nice host, we were also able to charge the car overnight. Really recommend!

My husband stayed here and was so happy with the apartment and the small garden. It was clean and modern & relaxing for his weekend away. The host was very helpful and flexible and we would definitely stay again.

a lovely space, pleasant and comfortable. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the porch swing in the evenings. Host communicated well and everything went smoothly.

We had a great experience at this studio! The apartment is clean, modern, welcoming and tastefully arranged just like in the pictures. Quiet, perfect for resting after a hectic day. The location is very central, with quick access to all points of interest in Arad. Ms. Lili is a communicative, attentive and extremely professional super host. It felt like home and would come back anytime with pleasure. Highly recommended!

This was my second time staying in one of Relu’s flats, and once again, it was a great experience. Relu is always kind, friendly, and polite. He even allowed me to check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. The flat was just as shown in the pictures: nice, well-equipped, and in a great location. Super nice, very clean, extremely nice. The host was very communicative and responded quickly. Clean bathroom, clean kitchen, clean bed. Very close to the center.

A mega accommodation! Clean, tidy and everything you need was there! Coffee, flour, salt, rinse and detergent, hygiene items, two parking spaces, a barrier with remote control! We felt very comfortable and would book this place again at any time! Great communication. The apartment is easy to reach, the parking space right outside the door! The elevator just behind and the front door of the apartment right next to the elevator! All in all just mega for the price! Claudi...we will be back :)

Stayed for just over two months. We really enjoyed our stay! Perfect apartment Apartment is as described in the photos, spotlessly clean and furnished in a modern and cosy way. We found that it was very homely and that we started to get an attachment to the space overall. It became “our place”. 😅 Great location, brand new apartments just outside of the hustle and bustle but close enough to good shopping such as Iulius Town. The host Gabriela was responsive to any issues. Much more to say but overall it was just an exceptional stay. We travel a lot in different countries and this was by far our favourite Airbnb experience so far. We hope to return soon. Thanks again

Together with my husband we stayed for two weeks in Mihai's apartment. "deluxe"and five-star comfort sublime. We felt at home from the first day and as such we are looking for an apartment for sale in the block for the future. When this goal will be possible we want the future vacation to do it also at Mihai. Available from the first moment to the end. The apartment has a wonderful position, 5 minutes from the Botanic Park and 10 minutes from the center of course on foot Modern,clean,quiet accessory but especially located in an enviable position indifferent to age.
