This apartment is situated 5 minutes off Inland Scenic Route 72 and less than 20 minutes from the friendly farming village of Geraldine. Use the apartment as a launch pad to local activities in Peel Forest (horse treks and bush walks), Lake Tekapo (ice skating, snow tubing, day spa and hot pools), Mt Cook (beautiful scenic walks and helicopter rides), or just a place to relax and escape from the hustle and bustle of town. We are a working farm running cattle, a couple of chickens and 2 dogs.

Inside there is 1 large bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, additionally thanks to a fold out couch in the lounge this place can service up to 4 guests. All modern amenities included, with shops, cafes and even a laundromat right at your doorstep.

Picturesque one bedroom self contained cottage

Situated on the Inland scenic route [High way 72] and only a short drive to Mount Hutt ski field and the Ashburton Lakes /Lord of the Rings country.For a longer drive Geraldine is only 30 minutes away and the Gateway to the beautiful Southern Lakes . The cottage accomodation is totally private set in a beautiful garden setting in the grounds of the historic school house built in 1876. 20 minutes to Methven and 1 hour to Christchurch international Airport. Not suitable for infants/children.

The Double Tree Cottage is in an idyllic setting with expansive snow-capped mountain and farm views (seasonal). Mt Hutt Skifield, Opuke Hot Pools, Staveley Iceskating rink, DOC walking tracks and Methven Mt Hutt Village are all within a 15min drive. Located on our 32ha farm, watch sheep grazing metres from your door, native Kereru playing in the trees above you, or head out to many surrounding activities. Note: This is a mini studio style cottage so is very small and priced accordingly.

Sherwood

Sherwood is a fabulous unit which sleeps 4, fully self contained with stainless steel appliances, gas hob, microwave, toaster, jug and dishwasher. It has a large bathroom with shower, hair dryer, heated towel rail and washing machine/drier. Heat pump, TV in lounge and bedroom and free wifi. There is a large patio to enjoy the mountain views. Note: Hot tub is an extra charge, request for a hot tub is by 2pm the day before your arrival same day reservations no hot tub is available.

The Bay Hill Apartment.

The apartment has views out over Caroline Bay to the Pacific Ocean and through the hills to Mount Cook. The apartment is centrally placed above one of Timarus busiest restaurant. It is within walking distance to the beach, town centre and Caroline Bay park facilties and coastal walking tracks Watch the sunrise from a well appointed double glazed apartment. Walk downstairs to the Bay Hill Bar Restaurant which is open 7 days for coffees, breakfast, lunch and dinner

Come and enjoy a stay on our beautiful lavender and olive farm, with breathtaking mountain views. The Barn has 1 queen-sized bed, 1 sofa bed and private bathroom. There is a microwave, fridge and bbq, tea, coffee, crockery etc You can picnic in the gardens or say hello to the dogs, cats, & alpacas! Breakfast cereals, bread, jams, coffee, teas etc are provided . You can also treat yourself from our range of natural lavender products in our on-site shop.
