Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between the Roque Nublo and the Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates from the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate up to six people. The decor and the ambiance are very well thought out. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Casa Azul - Welcome to the chicken house

The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. The "chip" can also be changed quickly by car. 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.

Nestled in the recent World Heritage Site “Risco Caido and the sacred mountains of Gran Canaria”, Arai is a cave house with good indoor temperature, it remains almost constant between 17 and 22ºC.
