The Kemencés House is located in the Almond Garden in Szentjakabfa, where 2 more guesthouses welcome guests. The house has its own garden, terraces and a barbecue oven. The guest house also has a covered parking space. A 15x4.5 meter saltwater pool is also available for guests of the Almond Garden. The Almond Garden is recommended for those who love peace and quiet.

The beach is a 5 min walk from the house. Our house is in the midst of a quiet natural reserve. The animals are present in nature (ants and spiders sometimes in the house, wasps, dormouse, Aesculapian snake,sometimes fox at night) and any event connected to these animals are not considered price reductory factors, please consider this when reserving! Price is for the gr. floor only and is for max 6 adults. Attic apt. has a sep. entrance from outside and sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3 kids.

Quiet, quiet, birdsong, lake view. Away from everything and yet close to Lake Balaton. The old wine cellar is located at the foot of the hills of Balatonszepezd. It was completely renovated in 2019, with a well equipped kitchen, a panoramic terrace, a living room, a dining room, a bathroom, a toilet, and a loft bedroom.
