The house is located in the Nivegy Valley, surrounded by vineyards, 7 km away from Lake Balaton. It offers a beautiful view of the Nivegy Valley, Hegyestű, Badacsony. The house comes with a 35 m2 terrace equipped with a 6m2 sunshade. Parking is possible in the garden belonging to the house. Inside the house, you'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, Lavazza coffee maker (with complimentary capsules), toaster, kettle, air conditioning, and unlimited WiFi.

The property is located in the picturesque surroundings of Tihany, in a very quiet holiday area. Many attractions can be reached on foot or by bicycle by those who want to relax. E.g.: Tihany Abbey, Barátlakások, Óvár, Tihany Inner Lake, Lookout Tower, etc. The free beach in Gödrös can be reached on foot in 3-4 minutes. There is a pool and furnace in the back garden of the property. These can be used by our guests upon request after prior consultation.
