We are just 5 minutes from enjoying everything that Homosassa has to offer. We are off a canal that leads to a nature reserve and is about 3 miles to Monkey Island. Canoes are on property so you can explore the unobserved beauty of the river. Skiffs smaller than 17ft are best to dock in our canal that leads to the river.

This home built in 2019 is one of the most recognizable homes in Old Homosassa. Across from the well known and often photographed twin roosters on Mason Creek this home is located within private protected nature preserve and wetland management land. The Homosassa River offers World class inshore or awesome offshore fishing. Or fish right from the docks for redfish, snook or the occasional tarpon. We have two docks, one directly on the Homosassa River and one on the back lagoon. Manatee, porpoise and river otters are frequent visitors. We share some of the best scallop grounds with Crystal River.
