Very nice accommodation in a desired quiet natural location on the island, outside the area of the trade clouds, therefore a lot of sun. Equipment very good with everything you need and always easily and quickly accessible (exchange of the gas bottle for the stove). Highly recommended for nature lovers and all those who like to vacation outside of tourist hotspots (Tenerife, Gran Canaria). If you are also interested in geology and volcanoes, El Hierro is the place to be. Clear recommendation, I'd love to come back.

Las Playas is located on the very quiet east coast - if you are looking for this, you are in the right place in this house, and we loved it! The photos in the description can reflect the rooms and the functional furnishings, but not the charm of this house, the terrace and the garden - and also not the fantastic sunrises, the spectacular starry sky and the permanent sound of the sea, which is only supplemented by a few goat calls or the occasional nightly song of the storm petrel. This house, the location and the view are a dream.

We were able to enjoy a very nice environment, quiet and with a magnificent view. The listing is as described. The bedding is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Hector and his wife are very welcoming and very attentive and care that their hosts are satisfied and well settled. Recommended:)!

Large, bright house, faithful to the photographs, in a quiet area with excellent views, we were surprised how well equipped it was, the number of appliances in the kitchen. Shelves in the living room and on the covered terrace in different languages and themes. Useful items such as chargers, personal and intimate hygiene products. A bag with towels and a beach cooler right next to the door. High-speed Wi-Fi A folder with routes and sites in different languages so that guests have places to visit. He also provided us with maps of trails and roads. Details like the baker leaving us a loaf of bread every day in a bread basket right at the entrance of the house. Gilberto's welcome was outstanding, waiting for us not only to check in but to explain what we could do in the area and surroundings from the next day, very kind and close.

The almond casita is a great place to be on the island for a few days. Pedro is an exemplary host, if we return to the Hierro, we will return to this place. Thank you!

We spent 2 very pleasant weeks in a peaceful and beautiful environment. All errands can be done on foot if you've come to hike! And the walks are superb. Great stay at this villa in Frontera. The experience is true to the photos. The house is spacious so that everyone can have their space inside and also outside given the number of terrace areas! The BBQ area is also super nice to end the day with a meal all together, with the kitchen right next door which makes it easy to prepare. The front view is really breathtaking and we observe both the landscape and what happens in the valley, without having so much noise disturbances. We could have feared being woken up by nearby dogs, but the whole environment is very peaceful. We stayed there in February and the weather was very pleasant and the small town of Frontera finally offers quite a few options to eat and shop there, comparing it with the other villages on the island. Fontera is also well located being in the middle of the island to visit both the north or south of El Hierro. A nice option.
