Great place. Very cute and clean. Host is very responsive and provided all information that we needed. The location is amazing too. Quick walk to the gorgeous beaches and the downtown area as well. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again in the future.

This was our second time staying at your condo. Once again, we really enjoyed ourselves. We really appreciated the fact that you had two regular beach chairs for us to use. We had a wonderful time once again. Everything was just perfect.

I had a short stay, but felt very comfortable and happy during my time here. The view of the lake is beautiful and made the experience even more relaxing. Thank you for the nice space!

The conso really is just a few steps to the beach! We felt right at home the moment we walked in. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area. We tried 3-4 and would go back to all of them. My teenage daughters said this about the room: “It was perf!” and “so cutsie and adorable”

We had a really nice stay. It was a great walk to the beach and local restaurants near by. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to stay on the beach without the outrageous prices. The air b and b was also stocked full of anything you could need and the host was very responsive.

We absolutely loved our stay at Scott’s place. The condo was sparkling clean- I am extremely picky about cleanliness and was not disappointed. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated all of the beach gear Scott had available for use. We loved the location and the view from the balcony is unmatched. Scott was quick to respond with the minor issue we had at check in and quickly resolved the issue. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

Definitely worth the money. Clean and Comfortable, private and quiet yet close to everything. Right on the water which was so relaxing. We got to meet Dali the Labrador and she was a sweetheart! Thanks Rick, if we have the need to return to the Ellenton/Bradenton area, you will for sure be on our list of places to stay.

We were very pleased with our stay. The host responded quickly and provided easy instructions for check in and check out. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was in a central location making it a quick drive to the beach, restaurants, shopping.

The house was in a great location! Nice quiet neighborhood! We made so many wonderful memories! The pool and all the detail to decorating was perfect. We will def be back!!!

This was the perfect place for a nice, peaceful long weekend. The house was perfect. Spacious and extremely clean, the pool was perfect and a nice was to relax after a day of outside activities. Love the tv on the back porch. Our last day we fished off the dock then grilled and hung out in the pool while watching a movie. It was so relaxing. Fishing was good as long as you had an outgoing on incoming tide. Caught a variety including trout. Publix and everything else you need is literally a couple miles away, but you are still in a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts were amazing. I’ve never had host respond as quick as these hosts did. They weee very helpful. The first pan is to stay here again and this time bring a boat with us. I can’t think of one negative thing to say. Everything was perfect!!

This is a hidden Gem! Extremely quiet neighborhood. Walkable to Bay, close to Bradenton Beach and Great restaurants! Bettina is such a responsive host and Super helpful with any questions or recommendations! Gold Star!

Matthew was great to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his place! If you need a place within walking distance of some beautiful parks, within driving distance of the beach, close to some fantastic restaurants, and with a pool to relax in in the evenings, then this is the place for you!

Yan's property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Bed was comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. checking in was good, and they were readily available. the location can't be beat, with nature park and beaches close by.

The condo is fantastic. It is well worth the money and stay. Everything is very clean, all amenities are available, the kitchen is fully stocked. It's simply fantastic. There is a great view from the dining area of some mangrove islands. At this time of year it is very relaxing to watch the many hundreds of frigate birds both resting in the mangroves and soaring above the waters. The condo is down the road from Fort DeSoto, where you can enjoy the usual beach, biking, ferry rides to islands and historic fort, but many are unaware that Fort DeSoto is also a very important sanctuary and nesting grounds for threatened and endangered birds and a stop-over for many migrating species. I hope to return to this condo for our future trips to the area.

Beautiful view of the Gulf of America to watch dolphins, shipping carriers and cruise ships coming and going. The beach area is mostly crushed shells until you get to the water. Nice seeing the beach was patrolled by police regularly even in a gated area. Was able to see Manatee in the canal and watch fishing boats coming and going. Parking was easy. Condo is very clean and well decorated with that comfortable relaxing feeling - we enjoyed the balcony for awesome sunsets and star gazing or our morning coffee. The restaurant/bars are not within walking distance but were only a short drive (all of them had good food). You pay by card for parking at most locations. We would definitely stay at this beautiful location again - one of my most relaxing trips.

Melinda’s place is absolutely beautiful. We could see dolphins and other wildlife from our patio. The pool was very well maintained and heated. Perfect temp every day. We also spent some time on the private beach. The condo was very bright and clean. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, etc. She also had some throw blankets, plenty of towels, etc. Melinda answered all of my questions very promptly. We enjoyed a very relaxing vacation and can’t wait to stay again.

Five stars in every way. Location location location, everything is very close and convenient including the free shuttle that goes up and down the island. The home itself is extremely clean, the bed is comfortable, and the place is stocked with chairs, umbrellas, towels, anything you need. You do need to take some stairs to get to the unit, but if you’re comfortable with that pick this place. I reached out to Martha several times with questions about the island and she responded very quickly and was helpful every time.

This condo was absolutely beautiful!! So clean and very accommodating!! It had an amazing closet full of beach accessories!! We love places like this because we usually fly down and it’s so helpful to have things to take to the beach without having to buy it. We would hands down recommend this place over and over and we hope to return in the future!

There is something to be said for having your morning coffee on the balcony while watching bottle nose dolphins and manatees swim by. The condo was beautiful, inside and out. It is a quick drive to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Be sure to check out Doe Doe's Diner. It is amazing as well as affordable. We will definitely book with Tamara next time we're in the area.

Cute, clean, comfortable condo! This was our best stay at an Airbnb so far. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the shore and a nice shaded palapa. There was a little noise from the cars on the bridge, but nothing that was a hinderance to an overall peaceful week. We saw dolphins every day that we were there, from the shore and also the condo so that was a special treat. The kitchen has everything you need to fix your favorite meal. I wasn't sure about the mention of towels provided for the beach, so we brought our own, we never used ours. There's a cute little basket with some nice quality towels just off of the kitchen. The furniture was all comfortable, the bed and pillows were wonderful. This clearly felt like a home and not just another rental, there is a difference. The check out was probably the easiest for an Airbnb rental as well. Not a huge list of things to do at all. Overall 5 stars, we're already planning a return visit!
