Villa holiday rentals in Tierra Verde

Wir hatten 2 sehr schöne Wochen in Palm Harbor. Das Haus war sehr sauber und schön und modern eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Küche, die Strandutensilien und dass in jedem Schlafzimmer ein Fernseher vorhanden war. Biljana und Ned waren sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die sofort reagiert haben und uns weitergeholfen haben. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Viele Grüße aus Deutschland.

Great place just seconds from the beach! We arrived late (2 a.m.) from canceled fights and had trouble with the lock code. (User error) Someone answered my call immediately and got us right in. There’s beach supplies such as a wagon, chairs, umbrella and even towels, which were so convenient. I highly reccomend this place! Great stay!

Everything as exactly as described. It was easily accessible, very clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and right at home from the minute we walked in. Sebastian was VERY responsive to any messages we left, like within minutes of posting. I would be more that happy to reserve this location in the future and highly recommend to anyone I know that will be travelling to Tampa. Thank you so much for making us feel like family and providing the "at home" environment.

This home was everything that was promised. It was huge. My family were able to check in a few hours early which really sweetened the deal. The home really suited my family needs. There were toys and strollers, beach toys, and bikes. It was awesome! Will definitely come back next year!

First time in Florida and what a wonderful house we got to stay at. The house is so beautiful we all loved the pool. Very quiet neighborhood. It’s just a couple miles away from Siesta Beach. Lots of local restaurants near by. We will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful girl’s trip getaway. The space was very clean, we felt safe there, and loved the private beach. Since we flew it was nice to have beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, and everything we needed already there. The beach also was very clean and beautiful. This would definitely be my first choice for a stay in Siesta Key!

We were visiting friends on siesta key. It was his retirement so they had a houseful. Great place and within 10 min drive of everywhere we needed to go on the key.

Jeff is very responsive and has a great place. The location is great with a quick drive to awesome spots.

Beautiful villas, newly renovations, spacious living area & Kitchen, VERY clean. Would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for a great stay!!

Amazing lake house, loved it

Vildana is a fabulous host. She allowed us to check in an hour early, and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. We had a great time at her place.

We had a wonderful stay at Isabella’s home! It was the perfect place for a family getaway. The house is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. The pool area was awesome — a great spot to relax and enjoy the Florida weather. Isabella was a fantastic host, very responsive and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The residence was clean and met our needs for the 9 family members that stayed (3 nights). The kitchen has plenty of counter space. The home was roomy enough for all, but some of the seating (blue chairs in photos) was not in the home. If you are traveling with elders, just note that 2 of the 3 bathrooms have smaller than standard doors. My mom’s walker would not fit through them. The beds are very comfortable. We would stay here again if coming to town.

We really enjoyed our stay at Camille’s property in Clearwater, FL. It was exactly as described in the listing and had plenty of beach toys, towels, etc. to keep our boys entertained. The beach was a very short walk and there were great restaurants within walking distance. We would highly recommend!

Absolutely loved staying here! Me and two other people came into town for a tennis tournament and found this Airbnb to stay at. The Airbnb was very clean and very comfortable, we all felt right at home staying here. I also loved how close this place was to the tournament site we were playing at. We will definitely stay here again!

This place was wonderful. Best part..the pool and the location to the beach. You could easily walk back to the house from the beach if you forgot something. Easy to run out to see the beautiful sunsets. The pool was awesome. We used it a lot. So nice to have all of the provided amenities including beach towels, beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, shampoo, soap, etc. paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods. Could have used a few things like salt and pepper in the kitchen but they were very generous with the amenities. The area is quiet with just a little traffic going by. The place was VERY clean. Only thing to know which didn't bother us is the laundry room is off one of the bedrooms so if doing laundry at night it's pretty loud, and you have to go through that bedroom to get to the pool. Again didn't really bother us but might depending on your situation. could also go ti pool from front. Close to Rod & Reel Pier for great lunch. about 15 min walk to shuttle and Pine Ave.

We had an amazing stay with our kids! Zoey was a fantastic host, super responsive and welcoming. The house was perfect for a family getaway. The kids (and adults!) had a blast with all the entertainment options: the pool was clean and relaxing, the pool table and arcades kept everyone busy, and the sauna was great at the end of the day. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, definitely a 5-star stay!

The home was as described. We really enjoyed the pool, and everything we needed was there. Our dog loved the fenced backyard too. The mattresses were very comfortable. While we were a little hesitant about plane noise after our arrival, the air traffic didn’t interrupt our sleep or fun at all. Highly recommend Gina’s listing, and we would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at Villa 7! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (and more!). The kitchen was well stocked, the beach toys were a fabulous treat for the kids, and we loved the fun garage space! Kat was quick to respond to any questions and very friendly. We appreciated the clear instructions, recommendations, and information she shared with us. We walked to the beach and the pool and could easily rinse off using the outdoor shower. We also enjoyed walking to the Daquiri Deck & Captain Curts, and taking the free Breeze Trolley into the village. This location is great and the villa itself is very nice!! Definitely recommend :)

Great place to stay, will say it was missing the most random stuff like a broom to sweep floors/cleaning supplies. Trash bags and things like that. I left my box of trash bags and a broom there hoping the next guest can catch a break but the home was great neighbors were nice. No problems at all

great location. great community with friendly & helpful residents. made lots of friends. May consider buying here.
